This is 100% effective for me personally. I had frequent UTI's after a major surgery, but I have not gotten a single one since I started taking this. I went down to one capsule a day wondering if I could make the bottle stretch, but I started feeling a UTI coming on. So I went back up to 3 capsules per day for a while and it stopped the UTI from developing. I feel that this brand must be excellent quality, because it works so well. In fact, even in the desert climate when I forget to stay extra hydrated, I haven't gotten a UTI. Amazing, would give 10 stars if I could.

Thus far, these D-Mannose supplements seem to be helping me avoid UTIs. No way to tell scientifically, but I will continue taking them.

We do not live in a big city or even close by, really, but in the country side. I had ordered this D-Mannose on sunday Night and it arrived this morning, Wednesday! Just fabulous. PS as for the product, can not write anything about this already because havent used it yet. But I promise to come back here to let you know what I think about D-Mannose, something I only but discovered this weekend when I was doing research about UTI problems. Have now mentioned this to our local health store, they are looking into it and hopefully start stocking this. They have already Best Naturals on their shelves but never knew or ordered the D Mannose. I think a very critical and important supplement for us women(and men, ofcourse, we dont forget about you :) UPDATE 2 days later: It WORKS! magically and fabulous! and now have given the name of this product to our local Health store (they made a photo of it and are now researching) and several other stores. Stock it, people, stock it. For women and men not on Amazon in small towns in Australia, this product must be available in stores. And for us on Amazon, keep D-Mannose in your cupboard just-in-case! Further Update: Many, many months later:). Havent used the D-mannose since the first time because was not needed but a friend of mine this morning called me to say she was very unwell with a very bad case of UTI, very painful and all of that. I asked her where she was (at her home here in town) and brought her immediately my bottle (have one in my office drawer just in-case and also other things such as vitamins) to let her see what it was. Gave her 3 of the capsules (advised her to open the capsules and put the powder in water, stir, drink) , left 9 more with her and went to my office. I kid you not: two hours later received a call: my friend was SOO much better already, the pain was already settling! I told her to take 3 more capsules (in water, powder). I didnt hear from her till later in the afternoon. Very enthusiastically: the pain was completely gone and she could dance from happiness. She had done some you Tube and other researches in the meantime about D Mannose and now is the biggest fan of it in the world :) D Mannose truly, TRULY DOES work! My husband had a prostrate problem, the Dr wanted to give him some medicines for that but I gave him a couple of those wonder D Mannose pills instead and believe me please, prostrate problems gone. And that was 5 months ago now.

I haven't used this yet I worked on the reviews I have seen and from what I have seen everyone has said that it is a very good product. I would prefer to get a lot more tablets

These have been an absolute god send. I’m super skeptical about taking supplements and always have been but really wish I’d found these years ago - after years of UTI’s and discomfort in my bladder these have helped tremendously. Whilst they may not work for everyone, for me they’ve been a game changer. They are a good size which I find easy to swallow, good quality packaging and content, excellent value for money and have no taste that I am aware of.
