I have had a negative experience with other testing kits (different brands) so I was very skeptical when trying this kit. Overall, the product was amazingly satisfying. The package had a professional look which gave me comfort and it contained instructions, equipment, and more packaging for my sample. A convincing factor about this kit is that they test you for 4 different thyroid glands and thyroid hormones which are the TSH, T3, T4, and TPO. Although you might not know what these hormones mean, The lab report gives you thorough information about each hormone and how each affects you. This experience was almost like sitting at your doctor’s office but in the comfort of your own home!

I really wanted this product to work out for me ,but I have yet to receive any results and it's been a while. Please don't buy this. I rarely make product reviews but this product was expensive and failed to give my results. Seek a test elsewhere from a company who is able to provide good customer service.

I was hesitant to purchase this thyroid test based on some of the reviews. I'm glad I trusted my gut and just went for it. I feel like these types of blood tests can help you narrow things down and find the root causes of symptoms. Hypothyroidism is in my family’s DNA, I was afraid I would be a victim of this disease but with just a prick on my finger, it was a relief to know that I am not. I was impressed by how simple yet professional this kit was designed to be. I had no issues but my only complaint is the wait time for the results.

If I could rate this product more than 5 stars I would! The report was impressive on how detailed it was when it explains all 4 hormones, yet it was so easy to understand. The report was nicely presented which included graphs and numerical data. Besides the readings of the hormone levels, I was also given advice and suggestions regarding my results. A bonus about this product is that the company providing these kits are recommended by the World Health Organization! After reading and understanding my results I went ahead and contacted the company to figure out my next step. They offered to help me find a suitable practitioner in my area! My experience with the product and the company was phenomenal!

The level of detail is not enough for a doctors office to reuse. The range is also unique and not necessarily standard across all testing facilities. Wasn’t worth the money.

So if I had known they would take 3 weeks to process I would have gone with another company. I did get a test from another company and got results in less than week. Have no idea why they take this long
