It was essentially "plug & play"
It was the least expensive I could find to replace the factory original, which was failing on the driver's window (I'm usually alone in the truck, so the driver's window was subject to more wear). The old one came out without too much difficulty, and the new one went in as easily and works perfectly.

The window switch works great but the plastic door trim holder for switch doesn't not fit my 2002 dodge durango like the description said

Everything was great EXCEPT the mirror controls are backwards from left to right.
Fits perfectly. Looks OEM. ONLY complaint is that the mirror adjustment is backwards from left to right. Not a big deal as it's not anything other than a work truck. All in all, for the price, I can't complain.

Wow easy fix
I have been struggling with this control for a year. I bought the nlack because it was less. And it was so easy to fix. 3screws later and i am in heaven.
