No. Not replaceable. When it gets dull enough just get a new splitter.

How do you know which of these 3 diferent pill cutters are people reviewing since all 3 are completely diferent?

Stay away from this pill cutter it is pure junk. Broke the first time we used it. I guess that is why the company has it set up as a non refundable non returnable item

Does it split tiny in scored pills like daliresp?

Had to google a picture of the pill in question. But I don’t see why it wouldn’t split it. The size adjustment seems to fit most pills.
