The media could not be loaded. It works exactly as described. Suggestion would like if it was dimmable. A little more light needed for my prop but works well

I received the lantern set in a timely manner. However, only one of the lanterns worked. It was missing a wire to the switch. I requested a replacement. The replacement set arrived and that didn't work either! Same thing, missing wire to the switch. Guessing these are not inspected before they are shipped. Now I am returning both sets hoping for a refund. Do not waste your time or money on this product.

Greetings…Really impressed with this ‘flickering’ flame, led lantern.Must assume factory in China has been making lanterns for a century or more.Basically they took a real metal kerosene lantern, drilled a hole in the filler cap for the button, replaced the bottom with a battery compartment with electronics and installed a flickering flames led device that glows through a frosted glass globe.Externally, except for the absence of a wick adjustment knob (shaft would have interfered with the led assembly inside) all externally visible parts of a real lantern are present, including the little lever that raises the spring loaded globe.Metal construction makes the lantern quite durable.Batteries last a long time, longer than a competing plastic model by another manufacturer.Battery compartment takes four AA batteries, one more than the competition.It does not, however, have a remote control or the ability to change from amber flicker to a white light.I have 12 of the plastic ones and 40 of these metal ones.I find that the remote and the ability to change colors is not really needed. As they say, keep it simple.The price for the metal lantern is pretty much the same as the plastic variety.Very happy with the ambiance they provide our facility.Stay well…

Awesome lanterns. They put out good light and look like fire. Prefect if you are looking for the right ambience with no real fire. Easy to turn on/off.

The flame flicker is so obviously fake. The flicker is a constant sequence of about 2-3 seconds, so the loop repeat is very annoyingly obvious. I would not be able to sit near this lantern for long before it drives me insane. It physically looks real enough, but it weighs much lighter than an original lantern of this type would be.

The lamp is well made and looks the part. It is not as bright as I expected and it can only be used in flickering flame mode. It would be more useful if it could have been switched from flicker to steady light. As a disply item it is very good but as a Huracan lamp it leaves alot to be desired. Not recommended. Very disapointed.

Really nice to create a ambiance. Definitly not for read but to enjoy a bit of a calming light.

Really only decorative use. Not very bright.
