Great Value, Good Product
A very basic toaster oven, with very few settings, but it gets the job done. Basically, you can heat from the bottom, from the top, or from both. The temp setting isn't very precise, so it's a little difficult to know if you're exactly on 400 or 425. I've had success using this as an oven to roast potatoes, bake chicken, keep pizza hot, etc., and it's just as good for toasting bread. The inside is spacious, with 2 racks and a tray. So if you want a lightweight, very functional, simple, economical toaster oven, that is also good looking (love the red color), I would recommend this.

Roomy interior space for a whole chicken or roast, small pizza, 6 slices of toast
I cook small amounts - 6 pieces rather than a whole chicken but it is large enough for more. It heats evenly though it seems to do better with the controls set to bake and broil - an option I've never seen in a toaster oven. Maximum temperature is 450. Controls are simple. Timing is up to 60 minutes - no stay on option. There is a crumb tray, a baking pan and 2 toasting racks. It includes a utensil to pull out hot racks. I love the colors - looks like baked in enamel - red front and black body. Most important to me - no stainless steel. Manufacturers claim "rust-proof" stainless steel. Not if you live in humid climate. I've had many stainless steel appliances and they all rust within a year. "

Have to use the timer option.
This works good, but not the best toaster oven I've owned. There is no keep warm option, nor is there a way to just put it on without the timer. I have a couple of things that take more than 60 minutes to bake and you have to make sure to change the timer to accommodate more than an hour. The keep warm is not a big deal, because the temp goes low enough that it works as a keep warm option. Great color and comes up to temperature quickly.

Great although the top gets warm enough to cook on when in use
This is everything I had hoped and more. The interior is huge. There is a rather smart removable tray for cleaning and or to just catch crumbs and spills. I love that the unit only works with the timer and turns off upon time up. I had a small issue when the unit tripped the breaker when in use with a microwave on the same circut and the two couldn't run at the same time. This isn't an issue although I had assumed the unit was working because the time is a windup and only turns off the heat. This means you can hear the timer. Again I am quite happy with the unit as well as the price. It's a lot of bang for the buck and its a good looking unit.

Broke on broil
We bought this toaster oven and had it maybe 2-3 months. Worked fine - it's a toaster oven so plug and play right. Well about a week ago we decided on a pork loin and I decided let's sear the outside for 15 minutes on a high temperature and then drop the temp and slow cook it the rest of the way. Standard stuff - I've done it that way about 100 times. I put the lower and upper elements on and leave the kitchen. I return 15 minutes later to turn the temp down, do so, and realized oh hey I must have spilled something on the glass because there's a line running down. I grab a paper towel and go to wipe it down and.... That's not liquid that's a crack. At that point I realize the crack isn't alone. There's a huge horizontal crack running the length of the of glass door. In short, the oven isn't built to handle the temps it claims to and isn't good for anything beyond an English muffin. If that's your plan you should be fine, but if you're doing any real cooking this isn't capable of it. It will literally self destruct. Avoid.

Great toaster oven
This oven has two heat rods top an bottom, and convection, very adjustable, lots of room. It makes perfect toast. I’ve baked, broiled and toasted. It very quiet and the outside gets hot but not horribly so. You can adjust rack position, heat on top, bottom or both. You get two racks and a tray that fits like a rack. You can make three different things at one time. I’ve had it several months now and it works as good as new and stays cleaner than my old one did! Very happy and would buy again!

Does the job without a lot of bells and whistles
Never had a full size counter top toaster-oven and never have cooked in a convection oven before. .Pros: Nicely designed and looks good. Rich red color. If you follow very simple directions, very easy to use. Baked chicken legs. Terrific! Broiled a steak. Excellent. A really great value, was going to buy one of the top quality Breville brand units, but this unit is one third of the cost of a Breville so I gambled. I will use this for as long as it holds up and then go to a Breville. Cons. On the tinny side. Not the quality of a Breville I am sure. You cannot manually adjust the timer down. Strange, but not a deal killer for me, The operation manual is not very good and is incomplete. But I figured it out without a decent manual. Lacks refined settings. But for me, that is a plus. I was looking for a basic, simple toaster-open because I only want to bake and broil and use maybe 2 or 3 times a week.. I recommend this unit to those who are looking for a basic, easy to use product.

The Best Toaster Oven I Ever Owned, Then It Died After Three Months
Fell in love with the look of this oven and then fell in love with how well it cooked food, easy to use, easy to clean. This thing was so wonderful that we didn't even use our oven for three months. And then one day, it just died. We owned this from April-July and in mid-July it just stopped working, would no longer get hot. Now we have to buy a new one. I've never had a toaster oven that didn't last at least two years.
