You have to cut them out however it's quite easy and once the tattoo is put on its looks quite realistic larger on children's foreheads but still looks good and works on adults

Big for child’s face
Beware if you are buying them for a child. They are quite big/long in size. However, it is great to get so many in a pack. Makes it easy to rewear the Harry costume to multiple Halloween events throughout the season and for dress up play throughout the year.

These were wonderful but I didn't need this many. Wish it came with fewer for half the price.

Not as advertised
The listing shows these to come as 48 separate tattoos. It is actually 4 sheets with a dozen on each. They can not be cut out in squares because of how they are arranged, so there is no way to use them in gift bags for parties. If you do try to cut them apart, the top protective layer just falls off and they get ruined.Overall not a bad product, but dont get them if you expect to be able to use them individually.
