Honestly, I purchased this item hoping that it would give me some support for the chronic pain that I have carried in my lower back for years. Strong and well made, and very reasonably priced, it fits me perfectly both front and back. Very comfortable to wear, it doesn't shift out of place, pinch, or roll up. Since I'm not much of a gym-goer, most days my 'workout routine' is successfully performing several hours of chores in home, garage, and garden. Each day, this waist trainer fits very nicely under all my clothes. It supports my entire torso and back while I'm working, and it creates a beautiful waist and a shapely bosom whenever I need to wear a skirt or dress. Very happy. Highly recommend!

Great quality, price, and works well.

This is my first time using a waist trainer and I am very happy with this one. It is very easy to put on, the Velcro holds very well and is very strong and I have to say that this waist trainer is very comfortable while wearing. This item helps me to sweat more and I think it also helps with posture. Overall I think this is a great product and would definitely recommend.

This is a great waist trainer, with the first velcro enclosure you fit it snugly around your waist, then using the second set of velcro you cinch it in as tight, or even snugger, as you need either by closing the second right over the top of the first one, or one above the other as your needs fit. If you feel you're getting squeezed too much it is easy to quickly adjust the outer straps for ypur comfort, without having to adjust the inner velcro. It is a very nice and comfortable material that seems will have great durability. There is an oder when first opening the package but it dissipates as it takes on fresh air and your own personal scent. And it definitely creates heat underneath. Two things would make this the Perfect product. 1. More height for coverage and 2. A bit of a taper at the top. I plan to add a taper to it myself for a snugger fit around my upper abdomen. But I feel this is a great waist trainer, especially for the price.

This is a very comfortable and well made waist trainer. It’s constructed with quality material, has a breathable mesh layer, and strong velcro straps for a secure snug fit. The trainer provides great back support with back 4 spines that encourages correct posture. The belt holds “everything” in and looks smooth under clothing. I have an umbilical hernia and this belt helps to compress the hernia in place. I am happy with this purchase and find it to be a great value for the money.

I must say that this is a great waist trainer. With great back support, keeping you sitting straight for a slouchy person as myself I find it good to know this is helping me with my posture. Also I had a tummy tuck and my belly was feeling bloated and not going down, I decided to try it and hopefully it will get my waist and belly flat. Will post more pics after I have accomplished my goals... Great material and does not bulge like many do. True to the body.
