I am so disappointed with the shoe that I feel like a review was instantly needed. I literally just got the shoes delivered about 20 minutes ago and that’s how upset I am. In fact the shoe is a very beautiful heel and although I ordered a champagne color shoes I received a heel that looks nearly pink. I have read reviewed prior to ordering these about them not being authentic but thought I’d see for myself. I have actually went to Macy’s and seen the real ones, therefore I was familiar with how they should look. I was so disappointed that THEY ARE NOT REAL! Worst part is having to pay nearly $100 for them and to be sent some fakes one is almost like a joke. Needless to say I WILL be returning these and I really hope no one falls for this company’s scheme of mailing out fake shoes. Either take it down from being sold or lower the price. Had it been the authentic Betsey Johnson heels I would’ve been in loooove with them as they are beautiful. But I can’t justify paying $100 for them and not getting what I thought they’d be. Fake and color was off, nope un-excusable!

I LOVED these for my wedding day. The back of the sander did dig into my heel a little bit bit BUT it was honestly worth it looking back at the pictures because they were BEAUTIFUL.

Very pretty shoes. I wore them for my wedding. I like that they are a block heel so no issues with walking on grass, and no issues losing balance or heel getting caught in anything. They could be a tiny bit wider in the toes, especially since they are fabric and have no give, but they were ok. I'll admit I did get blisters on both sides of the toe strap and at the top of the heel support area (back of heel area) after copious walking in them for several hours. Also, something caught onto the bottom of the back of my dress and snagged a thread that held a bunch of sequins, and caused a big bald spot on the bottom back of my sequin gown. I think it was from the dress getting snagged by the jewels on the shoes when I was walking and the fabric jostled about. I didn't realize how bad the bald spot was until after I took the dress off, and I'm hoping it's not visible in my photos! Another flaw is that the satin on the heels got some snags from catching onto something. It's not too bad and I could wear them again if I wanted to, but they don't look perfect anymore. Overall I would wear again, but bring back up flats for extended wear.

Very pretty shoe! Great price! the color is a lot lighter in person than what the picture shows the picture showed a beige or taupe color, it is more like the shade that it says champagne which is a light to medium ivory color. I bought these to wear to my daughters wedding with a taupe long dress with silver metallic thread running through it, so the silver part of the jewels will mostly be all that is seen thank goodness! I bought these as a used pair and it showed some scuff marks on the bottom in the pics when I received them I could barely tell that they had even been worn in great condition!

This shoes are beautiful and match my wedding gown perfectly. They fit well and seemed to be comfortable. I tried them on and realized that a large crystal was missing off the top and some of the detailing was starting to detach from the side of the shoe. I returned them and plan to order another pair.

Very Upset. The shoes arrived used, gems missing and costed more than if I bought them at david’s bridal. Also I can’t contact the seller! Pretty frustrated!

I wore these shoes around the house to break them in. While I was sweeping the floor, I saw sparkles. I realized that were jewels from my shoes! I found 7 of them, and I haven’t even worn them out of the house! Very disappointed!

Strap at the toe was tight, not a Wide width. Also, not sure if this is true Betsey Johnson shoe as it had no heart on the sole of the shoe as I've seen with others, and it's on the expensive side. If this was a pinch wider I would have gotten it because even though it was pricey, it is pretty and not overly garish, but there's no way I could stand for more than a few minutes without it killing my feet and I'm the mother of the groom.

I gave these shoes 5 stars because they are beautiful and well made, however had to return them because I have a wide foot and too tight for me.

Love the shoes but if these are true Betsy Johnson shoes they should have had the heart on the under side of a shoe. Are these fake. Very disappointed with this.

They were perfect for my son's wedding. Had many compliments. Comfortable!

An sich ein schöner Schuhe, aber die auf dem Bild zu sehen ist, war er bei Erhalt dreckig und ein Glitzersternchen fehlt. Sehr ärgerlich! Vor allem antwortet der Verkäufer überhaupt nicht auf meine Fragen! Nicht zu empfehlen!
