This soap is so amazing. The lavender fragrance is authentic essential oil fragrance. It literally steams up the shower with aromatherapy. It cleans well. I use it head to toe. I did a pH test and got a solid 9. You’ll need a diluted vinegar rinse after, if you use it in your hair. My skin is so clear and feels amazing. This is true lye soap, so you definitely need to moisturize after, but your skin will be the best it’s ever been. I’m so done with those chemical soaps from the drugstore with fake perfumes that do nothing but break me out. I’ve permanently switched and can’t go back.

I ordered this soap for support of vicious, itchy, dry candida skin rashes all over my legs. When I first used the soap my legs itched to high heaven. The rashes on my legs have really compromised the integrity of the skin on my legs due to my stratching them so the skin is open and very sensitive. (In other words my legs are "ruined" for the time being and I am desperately trying just about anything so they will be ready next summer so that I can wear shorts). After spending a small fortune on one product behind another and with "nothing" providing anything but short term relieve, I was desperately trying to find a product that would alleviate the intense itchness and dryness and promote healing. I was excited to have found this soap only to find out after researching the ingredients that "lemongrass" should "NOT" be used on sensitive skin as it would cause irritation. Lemongrass is an ingredient in this soap and the makers of this soap should advised potential customers about this caution and they do not. However, I still continue to use the soap and although it has caused mild irritation I have already seen minimum, measurable, visible improvement in the rashes. The soap is very small, melts incredibly fast so keep it out of the water. You may get four uses for a bath or shower out of one bar. For the price of the soap it should be at least 7 ounces. I gave it four stars because the seller does not tell the consumer about lemongrass and the size of the bar of soap is too small. To be fair, if you do not have any "open" skin, perhaps the soap will not irritate your skin. AMENDMENT. In order to be fair to the seller and maker of this product I have decided to amend this review. I only got four uses out of one bar of this soap, however the product was less and less iritating to my skin (the irritation was only on the skin rashes from candida and not on my entire body), anyway, I have noticed that the soap has improved the condition of the rashes. I am now on my second bar. I believe that I would be getting better results if I had not stratched the skin and severly comprised the integrity of the skin on my legs to the point that I have opened the skin. Therefore I am changing the stars to five.

This soap is lovely. It smells just like lavender, it’s suds are plentiful and creamy, it worked like magic when I followed washing with “Triple Paste AF” sold on Amazon. I had a bad yeast/fungal infection. The worst part of the area bled when I touched it. I read the descriptions of so many products promising results. I was in the dark about which product(s) to buy but finally settled on this soap because it was lavender scented. I also bought the Triple Paste AF because I didn’t feel washing was going to do the trick. I had tried 2 prescriptions too w/o results. So, I washed the area gently with the soap which caused no extra irritation or burning or itching. It’s super gentle but very effective. After washing the area I towel dried by just dabbing the area with the towel (DON’T RUB the infected skin). Then I gently applied the messy paste with my finger. I did this twice a day for two days, then once a day until it all cleared up. By the third day my skin had calmed down and the infection was getting better and kept improving till cleared up completely. The area where I had the yeast infection has gotten a little red n irritated again but just washing with the soap n using the paste clears it up in a day now. Since then I keep the soap in the shower so I can use it as a preventative. Try it! You won’t be dissapointed.

Skin felt smoother and had a pleasant scent after using. There wasn't any irritation. Cleans well, skin felt hydrated and soft. Pricey though.

Great to soften skin and to use on a regular basis

I’m 34, a natural red head with fair skin that not only burns in the sun like a hobby but is also incredibly annoyingly sensitive. TO. EVERYTHING. I wish I was kidding, but alas, I am not. My skin either dries out or breaks out or cracks or something else awful when I use soap or any sort of body products it refuses to coexist with. Add in a literal sulfate allergy and( until recently) this ruled out 99% of soaps and the like. You either got fragrance you loved with a side of itchy skin or nothing at all. Thankfully my husband fell in love and is addicted to my natural “scent”(look up pheromones it’s a thing for real) so I could go without fragrance but otherwise I was pretty limited with what smelled good, didn’t dry me out and cleaned what needs cleaning well. This probiotic is only made of a few things sensitive skin loves, majority being of oils like olive, coconut and palm. Ingredients like aloe vera and avocado, lemon, tea tree and lemongrass also make up this bar of soap. It also lathers nice but I’d keep it in a sealed container in the shower to not let it sit in water as it will dissolve fast that way if you leave it out. I’ve even used it as shampoo and shaved with it. Razor burn was my mortal enemy no matter what I used, applied or tried but this bar of soap stopped it entirely. I moisturize religiously after showering and shaving and find this combination to be itch free until my next shower. At the end of the day, not being itchy is a priority for me as it drives me crazy. This little soap really improved my daily life as cringe as that sounds to read back to myself now lol. Just buy the soap, have a good day and a more restful slumber not itching all night long. If you need permission, I’m a mother so go ahead and treat yourself, you deserve it! Proud of you! Oh and Chin up! Ya know, from a Mom if you don’t have one. (I get it)

You can't put a price on what this can do some might say, because wow it's great. The problem is...it doesn't last. I've had it for 3 days and already this thing is half the size it was when I got it. The bar is very soft which means there's not much soap at all in it. This should really be half the current asking price at best. That being said yes it does work and it works well, smells great, and I'm super impressed. Just disapponted at the overall usage, you get a week tops with this thing.

I've tried everything. I'm talking Literally everything. Including but not limited to: apple cider vinegar, antibiotics, nizoral, selsum, head and shoulders, rosemary oils, glycolic acid. I was ready to shave my head and see a dermatologist. My scalp was so bad and disgusting and embarrassing. For years it was gradually getting worse and worse and nothing worked anymore. But this stuff!! I wish it was also available in a liquid. The review that says it dries out your hair is spot on but I follow it with NOU leave in conditioner on my ends and that fixes it. The flakes are sigificantly decreased. If your issues are mild-moderate this might be a total fix. If you're as severe as me it's like a 80-90% reduction, better if used daily. Smells good and clean too.
