Save me from buying shock obsorbred often

I originally installed these because I found that in hauling a trailer from U-Haul, one of those 5 foot by 8 foot trailers, the rear of my Ford Fusion bottomed out something awful, and this in turn "ate" the rear tires. It also made for a miserable ride. Think: doing a sit-up in the front seat of your car, for every bump, crack or anomaly in the road, causing the trailer to shift a little. While I haven't towed a trailer that heavy in a long time, I have left these on here, as it takes soap to get them on and off, and I put extra zip ties on, so they wouldn't fall off. They do help to keep the car from bottoming out, whenever I put a heavy load in the trunk, and since I do travel across country fairly frequently, there is always some sort of load in there, and this helps to stiffen the suspension and keep the back from bottoming out.

I installed these on the front end of my Lexus IS equipped with eibach lowering springs/koni yellows because my drive to work is bumpy enough that I've scraped The front on pavement. These spring helpers provided just enough additional spring rate that my suspension travel no longer allows me to touchdown during my drive to and from work

They feel really strong. The price is also decent. Will comment again after a few long drives. To put it on was a bit troublesome the first time but second one was a breeze.

I had another pair in the back to prevent potential tire tub and scraping when going over bad potholes or speedbumps and it worked well, so I tried these in the front. My car weighs over 5000 lb and these had no issues so far for about a month. The springs don't fully compress anymore so I haven't scraped anywhere and I can comfortably go over speed bumps or bad roads at higher speeds than before. I can also feel the difference when turning. Despite the car having adaptive suspensions, I didn't feel like any mode was anything other than soft. Now, it feels more sporty while still being comfortable and it leans less when turning. I think it does feel less soft over some really rough roads, but it's a bit hard to tell the difference unless you test it back to back, and it doesn't feel rough or bad so I would recommend this product.
