Flavor was spot on! I couldn’t find anything similar at the grocery stores near be and I’m very happy with this purchase.

I really enjoy cooking, and I really enjoy making curries. My biggest issue with so many curry pastes in stores and here on Amazon is that they tend to have between 400mg - 800mg of sodium PER SERVING, and apart from the damage that does to the body, they leave my entire family with unquenchable thirst for the remainder of the day. That much sodium is just super bad for you. I love that this paste does not have needless amounts of sodium in it, and leaves its focus on the actual ingredients, which (to me), results in a much more pleasant taste.From a spice perspective, its about what I'd expect - less than Maesri and Maeploy (my two top contenders). From a taste perspective, I would say it's also not as strong as these two brands - but... I think a lot of that is because of the sodium, which - like Brawndo - is what our taste buds crave. After using this in a dinner, I wasn't overly thirsty, I didn't feel bloated, and I feel like I tasted "everything" more, not JUST the curry paste and spice, (which my family often complains about when I use the two brands up top).Again - this could be personal preference, but I searched long and hard to find a GOOD, AUTHENTIC curry paste that didn't murder my veins with sodium, and this is the best one I have found.

This product is flavorful and tasty but I purchased it specifically because I was looking for a completely no-spice, no heat green curry paste and several of the reviews called this one sweet. I love green curry, but my kiddos cannot handle any spice whatsoever and my local grocery stores all stopped carrying mild, no-spice versions of green curry paste, so I bought this. This is NOT totally void of spice. It’s mild, but there is still heat there. For an adult palette it’s great but if you have sensitive little kids like I do, this won’t do.

I usually buy Mae Ploy Yellow Curry Paste, but it is too spicy for my liking. I saw this one and decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did! I love the flavor, and I love the fact that it doesn't burn your tongue from chili pepper heat. Very nice yellow color, fragrant, lower heat level, and turned out perfect first time I made it. The only drawback is while I usually use 1 teaspoon of Mae Ploy (due to heat intensity) for my curry, I had to use a third of the jar of Eastern Blue, so it is more expensive in the long run. But it is worth it to me, because all my friends love this lower heat level much better. This is a mild yellow curry for those of you that can't take the heat of most curry pastes.

The curry paste leaked all over the packaging and wasn't safe to use. I couldn't return it or get a refund.

This curry is one of the best I've tried, and one of the few that are lower in sodium. Absolutely love it.

It's a bit too sweet for my taste but still edible. I won't buy it again. Flavor is decent.

I had found a recipe online and it called for this particular spice. I was very happy with my purchase. I loved that it came with two so that I could give one to my daughter. I will definitely be ordering this again. It was delicious.
