Corelle Vitrelle 28-Oz Bowl, Triple Layer Glass and Chip Resistant, Easy-to-Clean, Lightweight Round Bowl, Red Rim Band

Had my eye on this bowl for awhile, and when a good deal came up, I grabbed it. Table and dishware made in the U.S.A. is so hard to find. The bowl is beautiful, lightweight but sturdy, and so easy to keep clean - I usually just rinse it out. But if anything gets caked on, it is super easy to wipe it off with some water and a good sponge or scrubber.The bowl is not big so it is more suited for cereal than a big salad, although it is plenty large enough to use for soup, small salad, and grain dishes. What is also impressive about this bowl is that nothing stains it. I will often have thick tomato paste sitting in it for hours and it never stains. Overall I am super happy with this bowl and would buy it again if this one ever broke.

This is the best food bowl I've ever owned. Especially for how easy it cleans. Hardly even have to use soap, just put in hot water for a second and wipe it clean. Probably fragile if dropped or banged in the sink, but I'm careful with my dishes, so no problem there.Microwaves to warm up my food and steam broccoli just fine. Even sometimes cook and egg or two in it for breakfast.Love supporting made in USA products that perform great. I'll probably be buying more of these.

Deep, light weight, break resistant, easy to clean, what's not to like. Prices vary widely from different sellers. These are good-sized for soup, cereal, ice cream, small mixing bowls...so many uses. They are light weight, so easy for older hands to hold. I know from experience, Corelle will shatter if the land a particular way on a hard tile floor, but for general use, they don't chip like ceramic or china. They don't stain and are easy to clean. You can put them in the freezer, put them in the oven, put them in the microwave, then put them in the dishwasher. Just wish there were more color choices. But overall, I highly recommend these 28 oz Corelle bowls.

I've broken so many microwave bowls and This Corelle bowl is so sturdy and well made. You literally have to drop it from 10 ft in order to break it apart. The bowl is decent priced and enough for anybody. The size is right for rice, soup, and salad. It is also lightweight. Easy to clean and moves. The red ban looks fine but I wish they come with more style. I will buy more because I'm so satisfied.

I bought 4 of the same bowls about 15 years ago with a cornflower blue rim. They are honestly still in perfect condition. Because I use them for so many different things, I ordered several more. I couldn't find the blue rim to match and so I ordered the red rim. They are the exact size, quality and durability of my older bowls. They are used for tuna salad, heating gravies, soups in the microwave, eating cereal, mixing ingredients, etc. As you can see they do so many jobs.

Corelle is nice, the red edge adds a little flair, but this is priced at twice what a fair price would be. But if people are willing to pay that much...

Great size bowls

I love this bowl. The price is reasonable for the quality. And it can be used in the microwave. I have many other pieces of Corelle and love them all. All very functional and not easy to break. Hope this business stays for a long time. Thank you, seller, and yes, will buy again.
