This product does exactly what is says. It's a very well seasoned flour for frying seafood. It has a great flavor and adds a perfect crisp on your food. I would recommend eating whatever you fry the same day. It doesn't reheat well

Fish fry just arrived with the safety seal broken. Product was leaking out into the shipping box. Unable to return or replaced item, very frustrated.
