First time purchasing agar plates but they seem well made . I expect the lids to fit tighter but I guess that was an assumption on my part . They were packaged well and definitely sterile because some of them have nothing growing on them even after inoculation. Probably because I did it wrong.

I bought this twice because in the first order, the plates showes up melted and in unusable condition. I reached out to the company who said they’d send some replacements, it has now been a month and we never received them. So I stupidly bought *another* set and they too came in unusable condition. Plates cannot be melted, it is unstable solution and will result in false/inaccurate outcomes on your tests.

These agar plates work very well. Impressive growth. They are a great price for the quality they provide.

I've ordered this twice to measure mold in my crawl space that was flooded. Works great.

Arrived with agar dishes loosely packaged together by two’s and three’s. None of them were individually parafilmed so as you would expect; complete contamination on half of them. BIG waste of almost $30
