Almost 400 pages, reading this will get you going far faster than parsing through the Zoho online help system.Step by step instructions for virtually everything you can do on the system, Index and TOC are flawless plus there is an extensive roster of procedures indexed by page number-perfect for your yellow highlighter. Over the years, I have written a bunch of documentation, so I can appreciate what a monumental task this must have been. Newbies or experienced users, an excellent use of $40, will save you hours live chat with the folks over in Chennai, India.

Ok this is a great step my step reference guide - but Zoho has so many extras I wish Susan would also write a guide covering them as well..

A fantastic book on Zoho CRM - thorough, well organized, plain talking, spiral bound so it lays flat, and a great value. I'm going to recommend it to all of my customers. Better yet, I'm going to feature it in an upcoming email campaign. Better than that, I'll going to buy some for stock and give them as a thank-you to my favorite clients! I've been a partner for 4 years and I'm learning to Tips, Tricks & Techniques from the book.
