I'm old enough to remember the quality canvas that came with my director's chairs in the 80's. Multiple moves later I somehow lost the covers and purchased these. What a mistake. I can tell the canvas is going to stretch out badly with long term use and it's already a loose fit. The seams are also quite thick so very tricky to get the fabric and dowel into the slot of the chair. It's always disappointing when you're used to a certain quality and the replacement is subpar. I couldn't find the covers in stores ANYWHERE and I couldn't tell online what the quality of the canvas was. Oh well. They look ok and luckily they're in a room that doesn't get a whole lot of constant use.

Nice material but the measurements is a bit off to what it says.

These canvas covers were perfect replacements and totally revived our 30 year old chairs.

Was hesitant to purchase these after reading some reviews, but am so pleased. The material has stability and sturdiness, was easy to install using the sticks from my old canvas. Great value! May even buy the red ones now.
