It definitely does have a harsh taste
I got this product for the health benefits. I personally did not see any changes in myself after taking for two months. It also advertises there is no harsh taste…vinegar anything will always have a harsh taste. Along with the taste, the smell is super strong. The cover keeps it contained, though so you only smell it when you’re about to take the supplement. I would say this one is better than any other apple cider vinegar supplements I’ve come across though! The capsules are big but are able to be swallowed with ease.
