Checking for reviews, labs, and ingredients...the SHINY LEAF doubles or increases most vitamins...still in a healthy range needed for Bariatric patients....price is near equal too....no problems nored with either capsule, easily to swallow.

I take this vitamins since I had my bariatric surgery 10 months ago.They are a good nutrition source and great to swallow.

Economical compared to other brands.All necessary vitamins and minerals in one easy-to-swallow pill. I haven’t noticed any immediate effects nor symptoms from lack of essential vitamins or minerals either. I also haven’t experienced any gastrointestinal issues which is good.It’s not difficult to swallow but it is a larger size since it’s comprised of a large dose in one pill.Thus far, I recommend this brand over other for the aforesaid reasons.

I've been taking Shiney Leaf bariatric vitamins for over two years now. I started on them before my surgery because I have a hard time taking anything with iron in it. I knew that I would need the iron after my surgery. I've found that I have no issues with this brand. I really like that.I also have recommended this brand to people in my support group.I highly recommend thus brand if you're having any type of bariatric surgery. It has the same ingredients and amounts of the brand that doctors office offers, only this brand costs less.

I unfortunately got parosmia which is a long-term effect of Covid. It lasted for over seven months. During that time many days I was only able to eat 400 to 600 cal. I was seriously lacking nutrients. Because I have considered bariatric surgery in the past, I remembered there were vitamins for patients. . So these came in very handy for me. I wasn’t able to eat the protein supplements like shakes etc. because they still smelled and tasted bad. These don’t smell the best, but it’s not the same as trying to eat them. So these were very doable for me. They’re bigger than I would like, and again they smell a little strong, but that’s to be expected with a lot of vitamins in them. I basically took them for the iron.

Cheap compared to other bariatric vitamins! Highly recommended by my surgeon ! No problem taking this!
