Efficient
Elevation Mask works very well if you run with it it feels like a breeze make sure to adjust while running that way when you lose your breath you can have a break.

This mask works great for its price. Im supprised the price isn't higher to be honest.
I bought this mask so it would help me do better in my races, and it did exactly that. Before I started using this mask I was running around a 5:30 mile and 21 minute 5k. After using this mask on my easy and daily runs I was able to get a 4:56 mile and 18 min 5k in just 2 months of casually running. The mask does good with the airflow but there's just no stopping how congested it can get without putting industrial fan in there. The fit is nice and you can feel a good seal to your face but the straps in the back can feel a little loose at time but for me it still kept on. Compared to other masks I still would've bought this one as its a bit cheaper than others while still feeling sturdy for a face mask. The levels of resistance were also great, on the hardest level it really was hard to breath just walking around which I was supprised about but I kept mine on level 5 when I was running so there's sort of a dramatic change between the easiest and hardest levels.

Mediocre and over hyped
When the mask was delivered, it came with a broken off piece, but i reassembled it. Compared to another mask I have, this one is uncomfortable. It squeezes my chin and cheeks against each other, and the strapping makes it feel loose. However, the mask piece itself works the way it was designed to in a decent manner.

Far too small. No option for a size difference. The straps say it is medium and I am definitely not a medium. Horribly uncomfortable. Size selection is a must.
