Perfect!!! Miss Aida killed it. This book knocks it out of the park, it is a combination of everything I’ve been looking for. After thoroughly researching books, I am thrilled with my purchase. Miss Aida did not waste a word. Every single page in this book is practical WISDOM to be able to use in our daily lives. She teaches you how to fluidly live a seamless life amongst the worldly toxicity. She touches upon psychology, personality types, negative people who are trying to scam you, our AURAS, how to take care of them, crystals, holistic therapies, rituals, oils, herbs, spiritual cleansings, and spells!!! She writes out powerful Psalms, which are part of rituals, tells you what Saints help with healing, how to protect and build up your aura to live your best life!! She doesn’t leave anything out, this book is no nonsense- letting you know what you need and don’t need. It is completely practical, well written and incredibly UNIQUE. Of all of the books I have collected, this is what I have been looking for - all in one place. This is a magical treasure, I cannot praise enough. I can’t believe the author shared all of this coveted, valuable information. Sharing her secrets isn’t going to make her less magical- it is only empowering the rest of us to not give into misery. Truthfully this was one of the best no nonsense too the point books for cleansing and protection. Miss Aida did not waste time or paper writing aimlessly filling up the pages with useless info. It is easy to follow. To the beginner or novice alike. Her rituals and prayers are not drawn out and far fetched having you hunt down for some herbs from all over the globe. They are simple POWERfUL effective and to the dang point! I love how she incorporated things her family would do when she was young just to understand what work for our elders...if your sick of searching for long stretched out book that though they may be helpful you get distracted by all the information you almost lose your focus. I’m grateful for her sharing what worked for her in a practical compassionate and firm sense! Great great book for magical hygiene and protection! If she wrote this book 20 years ago I would have saved myself a fortune hahaha!

This book is VERY thorough. It covers just about any question you have on cleansing and protecting yourself from negative energy. The book starts with protecting and cleansing your aura and your home. Chapter 3 discusses attached, bewitched, and possessed objects. It reminded me of a relative that took a lava rock from Mauna Loa as a kid. I mentioned this chapter to her, and she said that she now remembers that she started having severe depression after that trip to Hawaii. Aida explains what to do to free yourself from the curses these objects can bring to your life. It continues with warding off illness and negative entities, including conducting a major eradication ritual! My favorite chapter however was on the different types of negative people to avoid. The spiritual con artist section really resonated with me. It is shameful that these deceivers take advantage of a person at a vulnerable time in one's life, since people often seek spiritual guidance during challenges. She explains all the signs to look for using examples from psychology and personal experience. All in all I really enjoyed this book. If you only get one book on this topic I would say this is it! Aida really knows her stuff.

cleansing and protection are the bases on which any magical practice should be built, and yet, it is not easy to find a lot of good information on the subject. this book is an absolute gem, it can be a guiding light for a beginner, and it is a valuable resource for advanced practitioners as well. i first got this on kindle but immediately realized i would need a printed copy. i read the whole thing in a sitting, but now i am taking my time with it and taking notes as i go, and as i try different recipes. this will be a reference book i know i will continue to go back to constantly. i honestly think anyone who practices hoodoo or any type of magical practice that includes herbs would find a lot of value in this book. and it is also a huge plus that Miss Aida has an active presence online where she shares some of her teachings, and it is beyond evident that her knowledge and dominion on the subject is very solid. i think it’s really cool to hear from the person who writes the books, she is a joy to read and watch. 10/10 recommend.
