Puppy Birthday to You! (Paw Patrol) (Little Golden Book)

Gave this to my Grandson for his 2nd Birthday which was Paw Patrol themed! This is very cute book for a child's birthday!

My three-year-old twins LOVE Paw Patrol so I decided to find them some books for their birthday. They are starting to get into the age where they aren't as rough on books and I was delighted to find some Paw Patrol Little Golden Books! Little Golden Books are just like I remember growing up with the thick, cardboard covers, bright and colorful paperback pages, complete with the gold binding. At approximately 6 1/2 inches by 8 inches, these books are also a great size for toddlers and even older children to hold.I read this to my twins and it was the perfect addition to their birthday presents! The story in this book is adapted from the episode entitled "Pups Turn On the Lights" (from the title page of the book) which we have not seen yet but I don't feel like we missed out on anything. Ryder, Katie, and the pups are planning a surprise birthday party for Chase when the lights go out. Suddenly, the Paw Patrol is needed to help restore power to Adventure Bay but they also need to finish planning Chase's surprise party. Can they get it all done without Chase knowing? You'll just have to read the book to find out!This book is a wonderful addition to our book collection and I love that the story is short enough so my kids won't get bored easily but long enough to actually tell a good tale. I think this book is appropriate for children of all ages because my kids love having books like this read to them and older Paw Patrol fans can practice reading this book themselves. Please note that this book does not contain Everest at all so if your Paw Patrol fan likes her the best, this book may be a little disappointing to them. I'm glad I found this before my twins' birthday because it was perfect and my kids love this book! I highly recommend this for any Paw Patrol fan!

No cheap knock off great for the prize. I never buy birthday cards actually buy books and then write on them on the inside as the card and these are perfect for younger children.

This was a great way to give a birthday gift with a person touch! What kid doesn't love paw patrol? And being able to write their name and a little message makes this really special. I will definitely be buying more Little Golden Books to add to the collection. This isn't something that was able to be read by my 5 year old nephew but he was entertained, asked me to read it and sat there listening intently the whole time!

I bought this for my grandson for his fourth birthday instead of getting him a birthday card. His mother will read him the book and since he is a fan of paw patrol especially Chase I’m sure he will like it.
