12x12 Black Frame with Bonus Mat - Top Selling Square Picture Frame - Hanging Hardware Included

Wow. Generally speaking when I order a new item online I expect 2 things. One, it is indeed the exact same product I ordered and 2, it looks somewhat new and not used.NEITHER of these is true with this frame! This frame is a 12x12 that is set up with a matte backing for 4 small pictures (very different than what is pictured), now I will have to fabricate my own backing since this frame is for a 12x12 print I own and I don't want voids behind it causing creasing.ALSO, there is nothing new about this frame, it has been used before or at least sold and repackaged a few times, it is scratched and discolored beyond anything that could ever be considered new. I guess we could call it a fabrication of a new frame.Luckily for me I am studious and a problem solver and since I cannot in this case bother with returning and finding a new solution I will have to repaint this frame today so I can get it used in a timely manner. Buyer beware.

This is a really nice quality frame for the price. I bought this for a gift for my son at college.I'm an ex issue framer, so I bought it fully expecting to hate it, but it met my criteria so I bought it anyway. But I was so pleasantly surprised. It was packaged well and far more sturdy than I expected. It even came with equipment and a wire to hang on the wall. The mat that holds the pictures looks good (definitely not high quality, but that's not noticeable unless you look closely) and creates a personal looking layout.My son loved it and used the velcro or came with to hang it on his brick dorm room wall.

When I purchased this frame it was beautiful, exactly how it is described, fit what I put in it, about 3 months down the road i moved the frame and wires popped out, put them back where they went but they never fit the same, for whatever reason they would continuously come out and never stay in, this made me nervous because I didn't want my frame to fall apart and fall on the floor. About the third time i moved the frame it was at the point of no return, it's unsuable.

It’s just not what’s pictured. I was hoping it would have the plain background because my picture was just slightly less than 12 x 12 but it doesn’t. Instead, it comes with this weird multi-photo matte that is as flimsy as a thin piece of computer paper. The frame was all beat up, and completely dusty and dirty. I tried to use the cardboard my artwork came with but it was too thick for the frame - not even a thick piece of cardboard. Just a normal one. I was able to make it work because my artwork almost fills the entire frame, but I’m unhappy with the purchase.

This is an excellent value and easy to use frame. My only suggestion is that you include in the instructions a reminder to slide the hanging clips over the backing BEFORE you put the backing in the frame. DUH! I suppose most people wouldn't make my mistake and have to undo the backing in order to put the clips on. This frame exceeds expectations for an economical product.

For the price, the construction and quality of this frame is excellent. It's as good as many frames 2-3x the price.That being said, I have one major issue with the frame. The mat is not white. For me, in the setting I'm using the frame, it's not a major issue, but I have another similar frame hung next to this one and it's very obvious that the mat is an off-white tone that is slightly distracting.It doesn't ruin the frame, but if I were purchasing again I would definitely purchase a different brand to ensure I was getting a true white mat especially if hung on a white wall or near another white mat frame.

The picture frame is just fine on quality. My issue is it is not as described. Description says its a 12x12 frame and will fit a 12x12 picture. When mine arrived, the frame outside dimensions measured 12" and inside dimensions are 10 1/2"x10 1/2". I know mistakes happen. Might just need to reorganize the picture frames so that 12" outside dimension frames are not near the 12" inside dimension ones so there is no confusion.

Excellent, quality Real wood, Glass frame; had a difficult time locating a picture frame for a collage that was wood with glass, all of the frames seemed to be plastic and plexiglass and cheap looking but expensively priced. You have to be careful not to order a nice looking frame that ends up with either plastic or plexiglass. This has one piece backing but nice matting and easy to place the four photos.
