Great Italian Calabrian Peperoncini Powder
We used this spice when we were in Italy, but had a really hard time finding it in the states. I was so happy to find a large quantity online. It came quickly and as promised. Thanks!

Not as advertised - Mixed with salt
Purchased this for making dry cure Calabrian sausages, believing it was 100% powdered Calabrian peppers as shown in the advert photo. The description did not say it is mixed with salt. For making sausage, knowing the exact salt content is key to a proper cure and taste. Also, is the salt iodized, non-iodized, sea salt, kosher, etc? Each has its own properties, some of which you don't want in sausage. Of course I noticed this was pepper and salt after I opened the tub! The tub is expensive for a cheap ingredient salt mix. Three stars because the pepper is spicy and potent, but still false advertising. So disappointed that it has salt in it.

Nothing wrong with the product except that it's the wrong one
I ordered this (1.5 kg of ground pepper) and got 1.0 kg of pepper flakes instead.
