Let me start by saying I normally do not do reviews but I really wanted everyone to know about this set.I researched many sets before deciding to purchase this one. I must say this set is so worth the money. I love it. Seems to be sturdy as I’ve only had it together a week, but I want to sit on it all day.When ordering, said it would ship within a week, it shipped next day and I received all three boxes in three days, Wednesday when I ordered on Sunday. I wasn’t able to start assembling until next week.Several people have said the assembly was hard. I am a 54 year old woman and assembled the complete set by myself. Everything was labeled and had picture directions. The only piece I found a little challenging was the storage table, and I did put the front and back on backwards. Make sure the screw holes where the part for the lid connects to the sides pieces are closest to the back where the lid goes. In the entire set there was only two holes covered by the plastic, not every one as many people have described.I took my time, opened one box at a time, verified all pieces were there and labeled, even had extra screws and bolts in each box.I am not a tall person, but this set doesn’t seem “short” as some have described. My son in law is 6’9” and seems to be very comfortable.The cushions are not thin at all. They are really comfortable and the back cushions are very full and fluffy.I don’t know exactly how long it took me as I did one box a day.The glass top was shattered when I opened the box with the table, I emailed the company on Saturday, had a response on Sunday that asked for a picture. I sent picture of broken glass and new glass top is on its way as of Monday, shipping company says it will be here on Friday. Excellent customer service!If your looking for an inexpensive but very nice set, in my opinion this is it!

I looked at sofa sectionals for a LONG time before deciding on this one. So glad I chose this one.Arrived earlier than expected, 2 boxes the first day and the 3rd box the next day. I tackled one box at a time, well packed. I inventoried everything, all was complete and no damage. Most of the hardware had one or two additional pieces, which is smart.The instructions had only pictures, which were very clear and easy to follow. I put most of it together by myself, but there were a couple of times when my husband helped me with the big pieces and that was so much easier. It was not difficult to put together, just tedious. Please leave all the screws loose until all the section put together and then tighten. Oh, the velcro on the storage unit goes on the top.It took about 8 hours for me to put together over 2 days.It looks great, super comfortable and the back is high enough for support. Love it!

The product is good for the price.When assembling, some of the screw holes were covered by the chairs plastic weaving. Jus find the right place and use a screw driver to gently move the weave out of the way.The cushions are not thick but are comfortable and water beads up on them allowing for a quick wipe off before getting into the fabric.The red color is true and very vibrant.The chair weave is more of an expresso and compliments the red very nice.The square storage for the cushions will not hold the back cushions. Only holds the seat cushions. Found this annoying and odd but have made due with other storage alternatives.There is glass on top of the ottoman which is concerning since I have grandchildren and this set is pool side.But so far all is good. Knock on wood.The set is light weight and I can easily move it around by myself to store it out of the weather.I have looked at many sets and this one for the price i have been pleased with.If your expecting amazing quality for $600 in patio sets, this one is ok. It has its issues but overall, a good deal for the price.

My wife and I were looking for an outdoor furniture set for our patio. We bought this one because of the color, features, and cost. There were a few challenges putting it together but not super difficult if you have the right tools and are handy.Initially, we were happy. Within a year, though, some breaking and cracking of some of the wicker began occurring. The wicker under the glass table top completely disintegrated not long thereafter. The deterioration continued in areas on the furniture pieces. By the second season, the damage was unacceptable.The seller was immediately responsive. After sending photos and description, they responded that it was beyond the one year warranty; however, they would replace the pieces at no cost but we would have to pay freight, to the tune of $250. I explained that there were more damaged pieces than I had shown (since I was just showing them representative photos of damaged parts and I thought they would replace the whole piece), and they responded they would send a whole new set, but now the shipping would be $400.After getting my phone # and address, someone texted me, but without identifying themself and their relationship to the seller. Payment method then became a problem in my mind and I wasn't comfortable with the situation. I contacted the seller again and they simply repeated their previous offer of a new set with freight of $400. I decided to cease negotiating and accept a loss on the product. A lesson learned--you win some, you lose some.I have an issue with their strict adherence to the one year warranty, which does protect them, but it didn't seem fair that the product catastrophically failed.If you are buying this set, keep it covered at all times (in hindsight, that is what we would have done). It does not hold up to outdoor conditions, especially in a sunnier, hotter climate. They are unwilling to do the honorable thing in taking a business loss when a customer has extreme dissatisfaction. For some reason, they can sell the set for about $600, including shipping, but replacing it for free the shipping is $400.
