My house is 2 story with ceiling fans that sit high and this duster works great. The arm actually extends high enough to not only clean my fan blades, but the light fixtures and the base of the fan as well. Even when bringing it back down, all of the dust and fur that is on the duster itself, stays put till I take if off. I've even been able to reach high enough to get cobwebs and my window frames. Since this extends high enough to reach them, I no longer need to pull out my ladder. The duster itself is really easy to clean and it fits perfectly in my garage. No shedding, just clean fans and house.

I had work done in my apartment and realized there were areas I was not cleaning. And they needed to be cleaned. I wasn’t reaching them and just left them alone......well, that was a problem. I tried those ones in the store with the plastic handles but they didn’t feel sturdy and I didn’t like that wastefulness of the throw out sheets. I wanted something sturdy and reusable. So happy with this purchase. Makes cleaning higher up stuff much easier for vertically challenged people like myself. I’m not saying I’m a cleaning Wonder Woman but at least I have clean blinds now!!!

So far this thing works as intended! Dont be an idiot and pull the cap off the end like I was. The other end has a screw in part that i for some reason didnt notice and was confused on how to install the fluffy bit (just screw it in.) i needed something because my ceiling fans were looking a little nasty.For some reason im not getting the option to upload a picture or video? I can tell this duster is made SOLID & exactly what I needed. I have allergies & a pet which means I have to dust often. Not a easy job since I am only 5ft 3inch tall & have cathedral ceilings in my home. I shopped around before ordering this duster & am so happy with my purchase. Its made with a metal extendable pole & plush dust head that really does the job. Love that I can remove the head & toss it in the washer for cleaning. I took pics also to show just how much this can extend. I have a feeling this one will last me for years so its definitely a good value.

Ordered this extended pole duster for my ceiling fans, it worked out great!!! The pole is retractable and made of strong light weight metal. The pole when fully expanded was about 8ft. The duster head part itself is about 12 inches and made of soft cotton fiber material. I like that it is easy to wash, rinse and dry after all the dusting I did. Overall, great product.

This thing is absolutely awful. Looks nothing like the picture. Came in all bent up Never would straighten up .The screw on handle was not straight in the threads.The end of the duster part which is said in the description had been redone to make it flat was not has a huge big tall thing sticking up right in the middle of it where you can't dust anything with the end of the thing it is a mess to try to clean. This thing is so flimsy you can't even shake the water out of it without the whole thing bending . Super cheap quality. something I would think you would find at your local Dollar store.I actually have one that came from the dollar store years ago that is a nicer better built piece than this thing. The worst thing I think I've ever gotten from Amazon.

Disappointed...got this to clean the rafters in my barn because you can bend the head to go over my 2x6 rafter boards. When attemping to put the duster over the top of the boards the telescoping pole will turn where it is jointed rogether and the head rotates to the side not going over the top. It becomes useless for dusting the top of the boards. It does work when you can actually lay the duster on top of a board. Also when pushing the head into a corner the telescoping handle will turn. Guess I will try duct taping the pole at the joints so it will not turn. The telescoping pole does have a small diameter so will probably bend under any pressure when fully extended. Most poles for extension cleaners, etc have a single joint that you can lock into place. For the price, I expected a better product.

Pros: -TELESCOPING! I mean, obviously, but it's truly a game changer. No ladders and you can *see everything* you're dusting from your normal POV. A billion times easier and safer.-Very lightweight. I noticed others complained about it feeling flimsy, which is true (especially the further you extend it) but I would rather have it lightweight as I need to use it for many hours a week and have a bad shoulder. Affordable enough to where I put another in my cart for standby for when I inevitably bend it.-Quality material: the microfiber really captures dust, better than anything I've tried besides new, high quality ostrich feather. (Will update when I need to wash if it doesn't hold up)Cons: -the plastic nub at the end (pic 1): this is just shoddy design, it should be like a sock (closed at the end) instead of a tube. The nub makes it so you can't get the fibers into corners.Tips/quick fix: -use a rubber band or hair tie (pic 2) to push the fibers up around the plastic nub, then fluff fibers to cover band (pic 3). Now it gets fully into corners/nooks and crannies.-only extend telescope as far as you need it and store completely "closed", this will prevent bending. For my 12 ft ceilings, I only needed to half extend it for everywhere but the ceiling above my staircase.-never apply "scrubbing" pressure, dusters aren't the right tool for that. If the dust won't come off easily, that means the dust had moisture or grease, you need to spray and wipe in that case.-if the nub falls off (I've had it happen with other dusters, so I imagine it will) put the end of an old sock over it and affix with a rubber band. Not a perfect solution, buy it'll prevent scratches.-use a vacuum hose on low suction to clean fibers after each use. I do this with all of my dusters.I recommend it highly, especially at the price point. But, without my DIY fix, I'd still have to use a ladder and a feather duster, negating the purpose of my purchase. 4 stars.

This is a pretty average duster, but it isn't has sturdy as I hoped. I have high ceilings in an old house it it helps me get rid of cob webs and clean big base boards, but the duster head is flimsy and always spinning around. I kept its, but I don't see it lasting very long.

I love that it folds up small but unfolds for the high dusting I need to do. It is the best duster I have ever used. Big fluffy head.

It can't clean any sticky materials . So this is not suitable for cleaning ceiling fan, the sole purpose of my procuring this item

I can clean everything with this thing, it was so much longer than I expected, which was a great surprise
