Perfect accessory for making an iPad Pro 2018/2020 a step closer to a laptop
I got this for my iPad Pro 2018 and it is brilliant. It actually has more ports than my laptop, the charging passthrough *does* work on the iPad Pro, and as shown in the photos I am charging it while I have a USB stick and a DAC plugged in. All of that works 100% perfectly.Considering I cheaped out on the 64GB iPad Pro this dongle is brilliant for using the iPad to store movies, TV shows, etc. Apps like Netflix won't let you store downloads on external storage in iOS but you can fill up a USB key or microSD with media on your computer, plug it into your iPad Pro through this, and play it back including in third party apps like VLC either on the iPad itself or on a TV through the HDMI port. The actual device itself feels well made and more expensive than it is, but like others warned it does heat up quickly. So far this hasn't caused any problems though.Oh and one of the USB ports is designated as 2.1A meaning you can use that higher power port to charge your phone (obviously if you do this when you're not charging the iPad, it'll drain the iPad battery quickly).Fully recommend this. The value is excellent. Cheaper than the other options on Amazon that do the same thing, very well made, works with USB sticks and microSD's, allows you to plug in random USB accessories like my DAC, has an HDMI port, and even allows the iPad to be charged during use. Perfect little gadget for if like me you use your iPad Pro for travelling instead of a laptop.Only very slight complaint I have is that the HDMI port only outputs 4K30p but this is a limitation of all the USB-C hubs I've seen. If you really want 4K60p you can get a simple USB-C to HDMI dongle. This will allow 4K60p (including on the iPad Pro) but of course it's not a hub so you lose all the ports. If you only need 1080p the hub will do 1080p60p no problem.

A must have usb-c space saver and home workstation adapter!
I bought this to make my home-office work station more efficient. As I move my laptop around a lot and wanted to be able to dock it quickly, instead of plugging in whole bunch of cables (2 x hdmi, + usb keyboard, camera, phone etc.). I have a Dell and this hub works wonderfully well with this laptop. I just connected the adapter, hook up both my monitors, plug in my USB's (takes 2 in total, but I also use a USB hub on one port so it has about 6 devices running through it at once!!!).For me, the key thing was the fact this has 2 HDMI slots, and they work fine. I did not need any extra software as mine just worked after plugging in. Both external screens are crisp and clear, with excellent refresh e.g. can watch videos fine on either.I also have a high-def video camera connected through it for Teams calls. All works fine through this one hub!The adapter is also very slim with no wasted space. The brushed alu body remains cool, and is very nicely machined (no rough edges, looks slick).I also use a USB-c extender cable so I can locate the adapter a few feet away (I'm a neatness freak...). Seems to work fine with that cable too.Now I have a nice solution, and can just pull out the single USB-c cable from my laptop and move around, then plug back in and use my workstation with fixed monitor, keyb/mouse etc.! Super convenient. Recommend 100%.

Great little USB C Hub
I bought this great little USB - C hub to work with my HP Elitebook x360 so that I could connect a monitor, mouse, keyboard and webcam to allow me to work from home with a more appropriate set-up than a tiny laptop. I had previously purchased an official HP dock for £170, which turned out not to be the right version and had to be sent back. The hub itself is tiny and lightweight but has all the ports you need to connect a range of peripherals. It can power devices through the hub from your laptop power supply, or you can connect a USB-C power cable and charge your laptop and power your devices with mains power. It is totally plug-and-play, everything worked immediately when connected.Given that this was almost £150 cheaper than the HP dock I am really impressed with the quality and value for money. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

A useful purchase at a decent price.
I am a technology enthusiast and needed an adapter to connect my iPad pro and macbook air to my windows pc monitor for when I needed to use apples operating systems. However, I didnt want to spend an arm and a leg for just an adapter which lead me to this purchase.EffectivenessThis adapter from QGeem does exactly what I need it to do very effectively. I can connect it to either my Ipad or Macbook and connect a mouse, keyboard, external hardrive as well as connecting the device to the computer monitor all at the same time without any issues. It is very portable and lightweight with its small form factor and you dont need to worry about compatability because of its design.PriceI purchased this product when it was £24.00 which was a little more than I wanted to pay at the time. However, I have been happy with the purchase nonetheless. There is alot of choices out there for similar products however through thorough research I found that this product provided the best value for money.Ease of useExtremely easy to use as it is just plug and play. No downloads required. You just plug it in and it works. What i dont likeThe only things I would say i would dislike would be that it can get a little warmer than expected however at this price point it is to be expected and the Logo on the device is little in your face for my liking.SummaryA great product at its price point, The only things it could improve apon would be to be a little more discreet with the logo and maybe improve the heat issue. 4 out of 5 stars from me.
