Spikes Meaty Feast Hedgehog Food 140g 8 Pack

We have 3+ visitors every night since May.They loved bird pellets(insect flavor) and fresh water. But they supposed to eat different food. We tried different food since then. Our experience from last year is that hogs love Spikes hedgehog compete dry food but we couldn't get any from amazon.According to RSPB suggestion, we put dog or cat food (non-fish based) from different brands.But they never touched them, this only attracted cats. Hogs kept eating bird pellets. Luckily we were able to buy Spikes dry food later...More hedgehogs popped in...We were happy when we found this meaty feast from Spikes.You would think hogs love it. Unfortunately ,it seemed the smell kept them away ,they couldn't even enjoy the dry food near it. We have two hedgehog feeding stations, the meaty feast kept them away from one of them. We will try again ,it's too expensive to just discard it. Note: we have two trail cameras showing evidence.

I normally put out the dry food and have a wildlife camera set up to catch what's eating it, I normally get three hedgehog visits per night.With this food I had a constant stream of hedgehogs all night and they make lots of noise while eating it. I take this to mean they enjoyed it lots.

My visiting hog turned its nose up the first night I left some of this food out for it. The following night it gobbled it up. I now buy small trays of meat based cat food as it’s cheaper, mixed with Spikes semi-moist food.

The product is very good but not packed very well, 5 out of 8 packs seals broken .Have completed forms and sent pictures no further response from supplier

All 3 hedgehogs loved the food I bought a lot ,some of them got air in the packet ,and I have to throw them ,as it smelt

Excellent product. The wild hedgehog in my mum's garden seems to love this food! We've ordered this a couple of times now. The last item was received with one packet damaged but the seller was quick to respond and resolve the issue.

Our Hogs were loving this (bought from another pet shop). When I was chopping the previous version up for them the consistency felt meaty but this new version bought via Amazon feels and smells more like paste and the Hogs aren't touching it.
