How loud is this unit? Does it have a dBm spec?

This unit has been fairly quiet. We are using it as our main fridge at the moment due to a remodel. It makes a few sounds now and then, but unless you are sleeping on top of it, it shouldn't bother you. I am currently sleeping about 10 feet from it.

can this be used or adjusted for wine bottles?

All the shelves are removable so yes you can adjust this as needed. At one point we had a bunch of them removed so we could store milk and juices upright. I'm assuming wine would be stored horizontally.

How do I get the temperature down to 36 degrees according to the digital photos on the add?
