Well done. This hitch works perfectly on my 2021 Jeep GC Limited. The 33 lb rack fit well and took about 25 minutes to install. Auto care garages quoted $150 to $225 to install it, but an independent garage charged $50 including tip.

Wow - a great hitch at a great price and super easy to install! It looks great installed too - no ugly metal cross beam jutting out a mile below the car. Easiest trailer hitch to install that I've come across. It bolted right up to my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee in about 15 minutes using the existing bolts and the installation went without a hitch (pun intended). Make sure you follow the manufacturer's instructions and use a torque wrench to properly tighten the mounting bolts! Very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend this model. The hitch did arrive loose inside a box but it had protective plastic film and cardboard bits wrapped around some areas. The manufacturer could do a little better with packaging, but luckily my hitch arrived scratch-free and undamaged. Now I need to tackle that wiring kit...

Easy, clean install on 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Can't even see the rails, just the hitch receiver - and still have plenty of ground clearance. Some of the other options out there required taking off all or part of the rear bumper and cutting out a slot for the hitch; though those options would have put the hitch receiver ~3-4 inches up and integrated into the bumper, I'm only using the hitch for a bike rack and not towing anything heavy - so the lower position below the bumper will work perfectly fine. 20 minute install with just a socket set (required some muscle to loosen and tighten bolts - should have probably used my impact wrench). You'll need someone topside to help hold it up and in place while it's being installed from underneath the vehicle.

We were sent a used dirty scratched up hitch???? A lot of money for something filthy and used???

Great hitch! Bolted right on to my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee with existing bolts in less than 30 minutes. Only issue was the coating finish was chipped off in a lot of places so I expect it will rust sooner than later.

Fit the Jeep GC perfect, very easy install. Mine had the 4 bolts already on my Jeep frame. Just unscrewed them, held up the hitch and torqued it down. Still had to go to the Chrysler dealer to have the connector for the lights enabled in the software, about $60. I took my connector with me as he needed to see which one I bought. Worked fine.
