I like the idea of having an automatic faucet for style as well as germs lol, but this one did kind of fail me in 2 areas.Pros -It worksI love the sleek look and feel of it!!!! :)Cons -The spout sits at a high angle slightly turned up towards you and therefore splashes you a lot!!! :(It senses when you are RIGHT IN FRONT of the sensor. If you move back, left or right and are not directly in front of the sensor the water will shut off IMMEDIATELY. There is no time delay for shutting off at all. So if you are brushing your teeth and trying to rinse your mouth out by cupping the water it won't work well at all.Sadly, I may have to return it because it's making more of mess than it's worth in beauty for my taste. :( Maybe they have another version just as unique, but shorter?

I installed this unit today. I gave it 3 stars because it did not have the washers. Also, the 1/2 inch hose provided is defective, leaks. Quality control prior to shipping is inadequate. I would have returned it right away but fortunately I had some extra washers and an extra hose. Moreover, I do not have the patience to uninstall and reinstall the old faucet. The sensor seems to be too sensitive, activates from quite a distance, sometimes. Water flow I think is too high. It’s working but I will keep trying it for the next 28 days to make sure. I will return if anything else goes wrong. UPDATE: AFTER USING IT FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS, NOW THE CHROME FINISH IS COMING OFF!!

The threads are poorly designed. The wall of the tubing are recklessly thin where the threads are machined on the controller. two months after installation, they broke. Water was gushing out. Poorly designed threads!Buy at your own risk.

Install pretty easy. Concerned about longevity as many reviews suggest it's made cheaply and within a few months will start to leak and short out the battery compartment. That's why I only bought one instead of 6 for our child care center. Hopefully they resolved some production issues and are providing a better product. We will see. It's only been in use a day. Will report back in a few months. No warranty except a 30 day return policy.

Water leaks into the battery pack and shorts it out. Have gone thru 3 previous models(they're are cheap and just returned thinking it was just one bad apple. Don't buy this brand/model

I had to replaced a metered water faucet. Since people are more weary of touching surfaces, we decided to replace the old push botton faucet with a no touch faucet.

I bought it about a month and a half ago and it just stopped working. I was Upset about that as I bought it for my grandmother. i bought another one thinking the first one might have been defective and after 2 and a half months after, same issue arise. I am giving up with the item.

So, this was a purchase to solve a problem.Problem: 6kids in the house using the sink when they go potty...Faucet got left on; kids play in the water, the sink area was FOREVER wet.This guy solved it all.Plumbed directly into the hot water (only); as we have gas-fired tankless hot water heater set at 105F, perfect for hand washing.No more mess on the sink! works like a charm. It has been 4 months and it works like a machine, like it should. No leaks, no issues. we'll see how it hols up long-term, but so far so good.Caveats:- you can tell it is built to a price point. the water block/valve is robust. The faucet itself is a bit flimsy compared to the ones in a public restroom, but looks good and has help up so far- the flow regulator is not very useful. connected to 60+psi city water, it BLASTS out of the faucet. I throttled down the valve under the sink to get a nice acceptable flow.recommended!!
