Update: I’m a repeat purchaser. They don’t work so well for me. I need more compression but they are fantastic for my husband. He wars the 3x stockings and size 12 shoe.s. They fit very well and more important they are so easy to get on so he wars them all the time. They wash well right in the washing machine although probably better to hand wash. Price is great. Highly recommend if the compression works for you. Also update: I had to snip my pair at the top because it was too tight and they do not unravel or run. Long lasting quality. Older review: I can't go a day without compression stockings or my feet swell and hurt. I usually wear $90 a pair Juzo footless knee highs which I get on sale for about $60. And although I was being careful I put my nail through a brand new stocking not too long ago. When I discovered low cut socks that fit, I did the research and decided on giving these calf socks a try to alternate with my Juzos. The Juzos also can sometimes take 10-15 minutes to get on and I have to be so careful not to put a hole in them. These calf sleeves are so quick and easy to put on. The price for one pair is great. The price for two pairs is fantastic and I decided to get some in royal blue as well. One review said they were too long. The stockings measure 12 3/4 inches long and 11 inches wide for the XXX. I found if you bunch the sleeve up and pull it over your heel and then pull up slowly, it won't be too long as long as the distance between your ankle and bottom of knee is not shorter than 13". I'm not crazy about the design at the top of the stocking and the yellow thread is woven into the stocking. So far the threads on the inside are staying put and it doesn't look like it will be a problem. Update: And it’s not a problem. I'm thinking the design which looks like a fancy "K" gives the stocking an athletic look. The ankle area fit just right. The top band however was a little tight. I put the two sleeves together and snipped about a half inch down on each band so that the snips are next to each other. You can wear them this way with the snips on the inside or both snips on the outside. I used some clear nail polish to finish off the edge but I found it wasn't necessary when I snipped the second pair. The fabric doesn't unravel. I washed them in the washing machine on a cold cycle although I know you can get better war if you hand wash with a special detergent such as Ovation. The price, look, easy of putting them on make them a great buy. I'm not sure however if the compression is fully 20-30, maybe more like 17-27. But if it means wearing a slightly lower compression or no compression at all or to alternate with more expensive stockings, this is a great purchase.

Compression is nice not to tight and not too loose. Sizing might run a tad big but rather that than run on the small side. Fabric is soft and feels good when wearing all day at work like I do. Will be buying these again in some different colors if available and maybe try one size down to see the fit on that.! Overall very happy with these.

These compression sleeves are comfortable from below the knee to just above the ankle, but the bottom of the sleeves are so long, they come down to the middle of the arch when first putting them on. Then, as the day progresses, the bottoms creep up toward the ankle and bunch up. I am assuming the bigger the size, the longer they are, but it would be nice to have some that fit big calves but are shorter in length--or if there was some way to tighten the bottom end, so they wouldn't creep up and bunch at the ankle.

These sleeves are very comfortable and durable. For the money spent they really can't be beat IMHO. The only thing that could make them nicer is if they had gradual compression...gradually getting a little tighter as they approach the calf, but aside from that they are very good sleeves. I have replaced expensive compression socks with these and have had no issues. (Always check with your doctor about medically related changes)

These are the most comfortable compression sleeves I have ever used. Nice material, good stretch, doesnt cut into legs. Nice choices on size.

I was recently told that I should be wearing compressed stockings. Since I don't like trying to force my feet into compressed stockings these compression sleeves are perfect.
