Best Gluten Free rolls available. I freeze them and open 1 package of 4 as needed. The last months in the freezer for me.

Best GF ciabatta so far!
I love how soft these are! They toast well, and hold up with condiments slathered on them! They are a bit small, imo, but they taste so good that I didn't mark them down.

My kid loves these
These are the best GF product we have found in terms of softness and texture. We use them as dinner rolls & hamburger rolls as well as for sandwiches. Even better when toasted. Our local grocery store carries them for almost twice the price...I appreciate being able to buy a case of them here and keeping them on hand in the freezer. My 6 year old son is so happy to have a bun for his hamburger again!

the product tastes great. the delivery time is hit and miss and sometimes causes the bread to be stale.

Definitely worth a try!
These are good. They taste and feel like bread. They tend to taste lime sourdough a bit though if you make a hearty sandwich the sourdough is not noticeable. I have used them for roast beef and pickled onions with horseradish (so good) or roast beef and pepper jack. Even the hamburger buns were good with light toppings like butter and jam. I highly recommend them and the shelf life (unopened) is remarkable.

Love these rolls. Disappointed in mold growth in one package
Received my second shipment of these today. The whole family loves these rolls. They make a great grilled cheese or panini. Use these for make-ahead breakfast sandwiches for the family.One of the packages did have a moldy roll upon arrival today. We discarded the package of 4.Unfortunately we can’t find them locally, or I would buy from the store.Disappointed that we didn’t have the option for a partial refund or just a new package.Overall, auto shipment of these makes gluten-free living easy.

This time ok got the new style. SCHAR CHIABATTA ARE BACK!
Not sure why, but these rolls had a quality problem probably covid related. Shrunken. Not correctly parbaked. So compressed you couldn't even slice them. SCHAR CHIABATTA ARE BACK. Before I ordered a case, I looked for the new packaging and lo & behold these are the resurrected original quality packed in nitrogen and again the best. After opening, put them in the fridge. Prevents them getting moldy for 2 weeks or more.

This is ridiculous
These have been vacuum packed into hard balls of dough. Unlike a pillow they will not puff up after opening. This is the second order that has arrived this way...so frustrated
