Nail glue.
Ok so get some nail glue-what you use to glue on artificial nails. Take an emery board and rough up the sides of your toenail and the ends of the little plastic brace. Glue down one side of the brace, let it dry for at least a minute, then trim to width and glue down the other side (use maybe a 1/8-1/4” worth of glue on each end). All this info was in fact on a little card included with the product. Seems to work as intended, a brace will stay on for maybe a week. I’ve been able to reuse the ones that come off, just clean em up with a little nail polish remover. I have had no issue with the glue not sticking as long as I rough up both surfaces a little bit.My only criticism is that it seems kind of expensive for what you get-maybe 8 strips of plastic in a little vial with some instructions. Works.

These work great!
It's surprising that something so small and simple can help relieve so much pain. I use these all the time now. Just gotta buy some nail glue and then follow the application instructions. I just recommend being careful about where you glue it on your nail. If it's too close to where you're nail grows from, it can hurt and bruise. Learned that the hard way.If your nails are super curved, these don't stay very well. I recommend starting with a smaller strip and change it out for a longer one every week or two. This seems to slowly flatten out the nail and the strip has a better chance of staying glued down after a few times.

Can’t use with just this product
Very Trudy but does not come with instructions or glue to secure.

Cheap imitation
I tried to save money by using theses strips instead of purchasing the whole Curve Correct Kit from Amazon. Don't bother. These are a cheap imitation that don't bend very well to accommodate toenail curve without breaking. They also are much more difficult to glue down. Once you get one side glued down and attempt the other, the first side pops off. Do it right and get the original Curve Correct Kit. It's worth it!

Don’t glue on
I bought these because I have a very bad pincer nail on my right big toe that starts to be painful the more it curves into the skin. I used two types of nail glue (brush on and regular) and neither could get these to glue on. One edge would glue but I couldn’t get the curve or other edge to glue at all, wasted several trying. Do not recommend.

What the heck?
All I got was this little vile with plastic pieces in it. No directions, no adhesive, I don’t know what to do with it

It worked almost immediately once both ends were glued down.
A little tricky to get on at first. Put some of those cheap plastic salad serving gloves on so you can hold the strip in placed and not have it stick to your fingers. Glue down one side first, Than do the other side, holding it down with your plastic covered hand. This is a really clever product and saved me from having to go to the doctor.
