Going to try these on a trailer/truck lighting job.
I have a trailer and truck I need to add many small LED lights to, and I'm going to see if these connectors will work. Right now, I'm gathering up the needed supplies, and plan to do the installation over the winter months. I'm hoping these will allow me to make the many connections and tuck away out of sight. They do have to be weatherproof and if they do not feel as they will seal up like I need, i can add some di-electric greese and or a small drop of RTV where the wire enters the connector.

Don't use these with jacketed two conductor cable.
If you're tapping into individual wires on long runs these are great. If you have two conductor jacketed wire, try another option - you have to cut the jacket back to expose the wires and splicing the two ends together requires a lot of goofing around to get the two sets of wires laying on eachother perfectly so the lid to snaps down on them and presses them into the contacts.That being said though, it can be done but requires some patience. Not recommended if you are splicing ends together in tight quarters, like inside the bow compartment of your boat while standing on your head.

Best thing since sliced bread!!
If you do any type of low voltage lighting, these are totally for you.Easy to use, never failed.Great value for the money and saved hours of time without having to solder.Took a multiple hour job and made it minutes!

Very impressed
Used the Kalorary connectors to install some rock lights on the underside of my camper. Very impressed with these connectors. They helped to make the install extremely simple. There were no issues to be found once I had everything installed and turned the lights on for the first time.

For me these did not work
I used mine with two wires-one from a device running on 5v 2 amp to a USB cord with bare wires. I connected, closed, and expected the wires to make contact with the contact blades but no power went across. Perhaps I was using them. I had to go old school and use wire nuts. Oh well. So much for planning and trying new products. These may be better for others. They did not work for me.

Great for navigation lights and e-stop!
Lots of people show you how to use a VFD for trolling motors but never add a disconnect to the cheaper motors without an e-stop!

Muy buena calidad, facil conexion y metodo sencillo de intercalar los cables
Lo utilizo para conectar cables de audio a sistemas ya cableados previamente, y es muy sencillo de usar, su metodo de cierre y anclaje del cable es muy bueno, a la primera queda bien cerrado y hace contacto perfectamente. Hasta la fecha no tengo problemas de desconexion ni ruptura del conector aun en condiciones donde los cables estan en movimiento frecuente.
