An excellent addition to my daily Provitalize. I've noticed it helps tremendously with regularity and "cleansing" of waste from my body.

After reading a bunch of mixed reviews, I wasn’t sure if Pre and Provitalize would actually help. Some people said it did nothing for them—but I figured I’d give it a try anyway. I’ve been using both for several months now and initially thought they were just helping with gut health and menopause bloating. When I stopped taking them for a month to try managing things through diet alone, I quickly noticed the difference. The bloating came back almost immediately, and I felt off—like my hormones were doing their own thing again. It’s tough to describe, but anyone dealing with menopause knows that internal “ugh” feeling. Digestively, I was also back to pebbles (not fun). Going back on the supplements brought me relief pretty fast. Yes, they’re on the pricey side, but considering how I feel without them, they’re worth it for me. If you’re unsure, I get it, but they may be worth a try.

I started taking one capsule a day on May 2, just two days before my adventure race scheduled for May 4. I was dreading the race because of my left hip and right shoulder which started hurting only a few weeks ago! Oh, the race went fantastic! Not for winning (we ended up 51 of 55 teams!) but I had no pain!! We walked 6 miles, rode our bike 12 miles, and kayaked 1 mile. My daughter is 43 and I am 71! I am so grateful for this Previtalize; it’s helped me tremendously!!

It helps with my digestion and stomach issues, but does not help with hip pain or weight loss.

Used is in combination with Provitalize to try to jump start it to get rid of hip pain. Hip is gradually getting better.

I found no advantage to my weight loss program consuming this fairly expensive product

I take this faithfully first thing with a big glass of water. Immediately I began seeing weight loss and less of an appetite. With time eating less has become more natural.
