Oral-B Gum Care Replacement Brush Heads for an Oral-B Electric Toothbrush, Pack of 5

These are wonderful and they work very well. I've tried other gum care heads (Oral-B branded and generic) and they aren't stiff enough to actually clean, which means a film is left behind on my teeth and my mouthguard - yuck. These toothbrush heads DO have stiff enough bristles to clean my teeth (and mouthguard) and yet still take it easy on my gums. I have yet to find a generic equivalent but I am not complaining.

This item was new to me as I have been using the Sensitive Gum Care (SGC) heads for some time. My dentist urged the use of soft toothbrushes for ages to prevent gum loss, so these were ordered to have my own comparison test. The head diameter is somewhat larger and full of soft colorful bristles. The scrubbing action appears to be better than the SCG as the bristles cover the entire tooth/gum area where directed and gives a good clean feeling after brushing, slightly better compared to the SCG heads. Will continue to use the Soft heads, but it is evident that Oral B is continuing to improve their line of products to make this 2-3 times daily routine a better and healthier experience!

My daughter and I recently switched from Sonicare to Oral B toothbrushes - because of cost (the replacement heads are so reasonable!). There is some evidence that Oral B is better for gum health, so that was a driving factor as well. Bought these replacement heads for my Oral B Guide w/ Built in Alexa, that I have been using since August 2020https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0831JZBL4/I bought this pack about a month or so ago. It is the Pro Gum Care toothbrush head replacement. I think the brush my Guide came with was the Cross Action. This Pro Gum Care brush is gentle on my gums. I wasn't sure if would like it s much, but it seems fine. My teeth look and feel clean, my gums look good. So long as I continue to have good results I will likely stick with this brush head. I am tempted by the much much cheaper generic heads,but I am reticent to try them. Not sure why these are always so expensive. I rate based on quality, so for that 5 stars. No issues.

I used to use only Oral-B sensitive gum care brushes but occasionally felt that they weren't doing a good enough job and I often had to press the brush harder to get into tight spaces, resulting in a red light from the toothbrush for overdoing it. I have tight-set teeth and gums that can get sensitive from tougher brush heads like the floss action ones. These brushes were a perfect in-between - soft enough so that I don't feel bruised up after brushing, but enough power to get into the crevices without having to push the brush unnecessarily. My teeth feel cleaner after using these - will probably stick with this type from now on.
