I usually find workbooks to be organized/flow kinda weirdly but this is laid out really well and has great, usable, applicable information. It's definitely going to be useful and add to my practice. Review: Handy tool for professionals. - I gave this to my son who is a school social worker. He told me he really likes this series.

Great book to utilize in session. I use this book while working with teens, it helps with psycho education.

Useful workbook
Some of the worksheets aren’t as engaging visually as I had hoped, but this workbook offers a variety of worksheets and information that I just weekly with clients. I’d recommend for older teens and not younger teens who look for visuals when completing activities or worksheets.

Resourceful!
This resource has come in handy! I am a PsyD clinical psychology intern and have been using this book with my teens who exhibit a history of self-harm and suicidal ideations.

A lot to unwrap, great resources
Has sections for the therapist and for the client. I believe some of those material is appropriate for adults, especially those whose emotional growth was stunted due to trauma. My 2 cents!

Extremely helpful
As a new therapist, this has been very helpful and has lead to many good discussions when I needed a little more direction. I enjoy these worksheets. They are easy to understand and I especially like the educational handouts and descriptions. Definitely recommend! Very relevant info.
