Russian flag is the one from 91-93, not 1993 forward.
The seller sells tons of different flags at a cheap price and I love that. However I ordered the Russian Federation's national flag and the picture shows the flag from 1993 - onward, but the one I received was the 1991 - 1993. The color of blue was off making it looks bad. That may not be a big thing to some, but the difference between a blue you'd see during Easter vs the blue of the American flag is a huge one.
