Fantastic set of smoking spices. Have used them all; not a weak link in the bunch. Honey Killer Bee and Chipotle Honey Killer Bee are favorites particularly on pulled pork. Season for bark but also generously season again while shredding = phenomenal. The dirty bird and hot dirty bird are both fantastic on chicken. Try spatchcock (so very easy to do!) and season both sides. The Honey killer bee is also fantastic on chicken
