My dog has irritable bowl syndrome, poor nugget. I've literally fed her EVERYTHING from Farmer's Dog to raw meat. This is the ONLY thing she eats. Now, I'm not saying she's gained weight, but at least she eats. You can heat this up; you can add water and make is squishy; you can freeze it... No more diarrhea from Lucy!

Please be sure that you check the flavor when you order. We previously ordered this product Original Flavor and our dog loves it. We noticed that with the last delivery we received Chicken Flavor - which our dog cannot consume. The original flavor doesn't not seem to be an option at this time so we will have to order from our vet.

I would get a zero stars if I could. The egos at Hills simply do not understand that they got this new formula wrong. As they say, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. The new formula is not an improvement and they need to go back to the original formula immediately. As you can see in so many other reviews, the vast majority of their customers are very unhappy with the change that Hills decided to make on their own volition. This is a huge mistake, and I have contacted Hills more than once to express my displeasure with this change. Unfortunately for them, they are going to lose a lot of business going forward. I canceled my subscription, and for the first time ever, leave a very negative review of any product. My dog was doing very well on the original formula. The new formula does not work for him. And, as you can see from many other reviews, it isn't working for many other people. I called Petco and Chewy, and both places had representatives who told me that this change is a big issue, that is now nationwide. But only if Hills will listen. Once their bottom line decreases, they will soon find out. You made a mistake, it's time to own up to it. Bring back the original formula now. You still have an opportunity to correct this.

This dog food has helped my 2 year old German shepherd dog's digestive issues. It's expensive but it has stopped the loose bowels.

My dog is 10 years old and tends to lick her paws all the time. So I bought this to see if it would help relieve her of that problem. It really hasn’t done much for that. But she loves the taste and it’s very good for her healthwise.

The product is optimal and well tolerated ; however actual delivery via the vet , directly or by third party is always significantly delayed. Amazon came through with an urgent delivery when backorders with entities occurred . When your pet is reliant on this prescription food and it is not accessible it creates difficulties. In addition there was no shipping charge by Amazon.

Our precious Shih Tzu after only one week isn’t licking her paws and itching. She’s enjoying life and we’re enjoying her. She’s been on anti scratch meds on and off for months. We’ve tried many other hydrolyzed dog food that she didn’t like but she took to this food right away. Thank you
