Lovely, minimal-design wall clock. Silent sweeping seconds hand looks great. Clock is robustly made and looks elegant on the wall as an office clock -- also helps me to concentrate (I bought this to replace a ticking wall clock) as it is silent. Looks like it will last years too. Pros: Well made, solid build, silent sweep. Cons: Expensive!

Classic, uncluttered design, perfect time keeping

This Swiss made/iconically styled on British trains, simply holds the best movement of keeping accurate time one can ever receive! This is a second purchase - previous one is 20 years old and never missed time yet! A timeless design, incorporating an amazing Swiss movement processes …this design has a silent movement and illuminates within a darkened room. The clock can be placed anywhere in the home, they arrive extremely well packaged and very durable, encased within high quality materials. The price is extremely reasonable for a superb working Swiss mechanical clock. 5 stars - to any other… you will never buy another branded working clock again!

A design Icon - Looks great - I'm a great fan of the design and have a stop 2 go watch Points to bear in mind - this isnt stop to go - its a continuous electric battery operated clock - the main hands are a bit flim flam possibly out of necessity owing to cheap mechanism driving them rather than the Mondiane brand in general . The glazing is not non-reflective and will cast an irritating reflection depending on how you hang it . That said the case( aluminium) and dial and sweep had are all robust and well made. -ves=hence 4 not 5 stars.

Makes for a lovely classic piece of design in our new kitchen. And so it should be at the price! It was, at least, £100 cheaper through Amazon than at John Lewis. The sweeping second hand is super smooth and it seems to be keeping very good time.

Good looking clock, high quality, Swiss Made!

Really like my Mondaine Swiss railway clock. Reminds me of many train journeys through the country. It feels great quality and was easy to set up once I found an instructional video. My phone wouldn't connect to the clock as a device but my wife's did. It has been working fine for about 5 months now. I had to remove batteries and reset up the wifi again when the clocks went back but no problem.

Great looking clock and keeping good time !!
