Works with my motif Luna pump. Motif only sells 24 mm as the smallest, and it was just too big for me. These are great quality and I love that they come with the duckbills

This was a size down from what I had cause my original flanges were too big. It was a lot better! plus loved that it came with the duckbill valves (bonus points for being blue and not white)

I got these to have extra flanges for my spectra. They work great- you definitely don't need to pay more money for spectra brand flanges

Pleasantly surprised to have received free duckbills with these flanges because I needed to replace those as well. However, one flange cracked upon the first wash (by hand before boiling & before use) and is now useless. I had my Spectra brand flanges for over 6mo before ordering these, and they never cracked during cleaning or boiling. Because of the needed duckbills, 2 stars!

Brilliant quality. Bought these to go with my spectra s1 and found them very comfortable. Make sure you measure yourself before buying as it makes allll the difference to your output and comfort level.
