Good bed for the price, imo. It’s not a bed where you sink in, which is exactly what I wanted. It’s firm, but not uncomfortable at all. Getting some good sleep on it so far. Only had it for about 3 days now. Not mind blowing comfortable, but I would safely recommend this if you’re searching for a mattress in this price range. Just wanted to write this so people know this is a good buy if you like firmer beds.

This is a very comfortable mattress, but, boy, it's hard to make. It weighs a ton and there are no handles on any side, so it's very difficult to get the corner of a sheet on it. Especially if you have a headboard. And especially if you don't have help. It's a good thing that my formerly long fingernails are a thing of the past, or I would surely have broken them in struggling to get this made.That being said, it rolled out easily, inflated perfectly and is really comfortable to sleep on. Since a good night's sleep outweighs the struggle to change the sheets, I'm only removing 1 star.

Just had this mattress delivered yesterday so I can’t really review how comfortable it is because tonight will be my first night sleeping on it. I’m 5’7 and I weigh 375. Most of my weight is from the hips and up. The mattress seems to hold my weight very well and this mattress has EXCELLENT edge support. My opinions so far- This mattress is medium firm but the top has a memory foam layer for comfort. So far, it has been comfortable to lounge on and watch tv. My husband and I bought a split king adjustable bed frame here off Amazon and I bought two separate twin XL mattresses. He chose the other mattress so this one is mine. The edge support is great and when I get up off the bed there are no dips. There was no smell after opening the plastic and letting the mattress “inflate”. It seems to be well made and very sturdy. This mattress is amazing! It is a truly medium firm mattress and is so very comfortable. It is aperfect thickness and very durable. There are no heat issues. It is a perfect mattress!

12 of the 13 chambers failed to inflate. We purchased several of these at work for a facility. This was the first time I purchased one for myself and regret it. I followed all of the instructions and watched several videos. Wow what a great job they did making it look like it is heavily padded (clearly a stock photo from your ad) and comfortable. All I have is 1 padded chamber and the other 12 are flat and wrinkled. I have no use for it and don’t want to use it in case someone accuses me of doing something I shouldn’t have done. What a shame, I was really looking for to this but would love to have one that looks like the stock photo. It was amazing how it fit into the box but I’ll never get it back in there rolled up to return cause I’ll never use it

Here is all you need to know about the Inofia company and their customer service team! This is a Superb, Compassionate company and team that stands behind their product!! I cannot say enough great things about how they helped me through my whole experience. While the mattress did not work for our needs, I decided to reach out to them and talk about it. They were very prompt on getting back to me and Lily ( Customer Service Representative ) was so caring and compassionate during our challenging time we are going through. The amount of kindness and thoughtfulness that Lily showed us and her Family Feel Communication in our emails back and forth, left me astonished! I feel that if companies held themselves to the standard that Inofia does it would restore confidence in people purchasing items they need or want. Lily was completely genuine and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and comfortable. I know there is a lot of praise in this review, but I'm just not used to companies actually caring and wanting to do something right, versus other companies who just look at you as a number or a dollar amount and how can we quickly make you go away. The challenging time that me and my girlfriend are in, money is extremely tight. Inofia's responses and emails and timeliness, truly left me feeling, like we were part of their family. I was amazed by the integrity they showed for themselves and us and I would highly recommend them without reservation. I normally do not write reviews, because I'm slow at typing and terrible at punctuation but I wanted a great company to get the recognition that they earned and deserved! I would absolutely and confidently purchase from them again. I bought this mattress 4 years ago, and I’d say about year 2 it started sagging more. Now, it’s starting to be quite the inconvenience and I’ll be needing a new mattress soon. It was a good mattress while it maintained its shape though and quite comfortable.
