I've been using the Botanical Hair Growth Lab products since 2019, and I must say, the quality is the best and the results even more.A couple of months ago, I had to try another brand because I was traveling, and I wasn't able to get my Botanical shampoo and conditioner. After three days my hair scalp was greasy, and my hair was falling off significantly! I was desperate to get back and use my regular Botanical shampoo!I think that after 3+ years of consistently using this brand, I forget how bad other shampoos are and noticed the difference less than a week of using another brand.Anyway, I am so happy with my hair, and I'll continue using Botanical's hair products line.

I was diagnosed with diffuse alopecia areata 7 months ago. Also trichodynia. I started using this shampoo because I read that Capsiacum was good for trichodynia. It has worked miracles - no painful, red or inflamed scalp anymore. Unfortunately, I am continuing to lose hair in patches, however it is growing back in a staggered way. I'm taking a lot of supplements etc. so not sure what is working but no doubt the shampoo is creating the best conditions possible. Thank you.

This is hands down the best retail priced hair loss shampoo on the market. The Hair Growth Botanical product line is the real deal, albeit I have a suspicion they've reduced the cayenne/ginger levels as my eyelids no longer burn from the soap. Too many uninformed purchasers complained about the burning feeling...that means it's working. Even with a small reformulation this shampoo is far superior to the competition. The main competitor (the gold bottle) is consistently reformulated and is becoming cheaper and cheaper.Cons: The marketing is not concise. All of the information regarding this shampoo and the entire product line is out there, however it's scattered.

Did nothing for my hair as far as growth..but it did make my scalp feel pretty good.. I am thinning on my hairline and temple areas.. Thought this would help but it didnt.. Cant really give it too low of a rating considering there are no guarantees with my situation.. Its kinda tough to lather up as well unless your hair is COMPLETELY saturated with water.. Other than that its a decent shampoo

I'll give it two because I'm not done with the bottle but it makes your hair feel stripped As its going on and def have not seen a reduction in hair loss ...I think the prob is worse but I have been straightening my hair .. this stuff def hasn't helped.

This was recommended to me by a friend who asked at her place of work (university-associated hospital) what would help my hair loss (I'm 60). While I can't say that it has made my hair grow back in, I would say that it is the best scalp-cleaning product I have ever used, including prescription products. With this shampoo, I can go three days without washing my scalp. I will continue to purchase it for that reason.
