Once you get the hang of using these (you stick the melts to your palate) they work well, stay in place and last for around four or five hours. I have a severely dry mouth and they make it much more moist and comfortable. They taste ok too. The only negative is the cost, they are very expensive.

If you suffer from a dry mouth that disturbs your sleep as I do, then this tablet works for me.

Hi all dry mouth sufferers! I have tried quite a few different lozenges and so far these are the best and most successful I have tried. First I will start with the negatives..these are quite large to begin with so can be a bit uncomfortable if you have a small mouth, and these do not last even an hour until they are dissolved.. however they do stick easily to the gum, and resolve a dry mouth for a good part of the day. All in all these are expensive for the amount you get, but it is hard to find good products where a dry mouth is concerned! I would definitely recommend.

Works ok and lasts all night. Does not produce as much saliva as some, but they don't last all night.

I was alerted to these by a Speech and Language Therapist who told me that they are come well recommended by patients. I have to say that she is quite correct and that they REALLY do work.Don't expect a Niagara Falls of saliva...these generate, for me at least, a comfortable moist mouth when using them. I use these as I have no saliva after radiotherapy and they are just the job as they provide a longer effect than a quick spray of saliva replacement.I do not use them overnight due to a medical condition so I can't comment on their nocturnal effectiveness.Daytime use? Top marks.

It’s the only brand that helps my night time dry mouth. Some times I need a second one around 4 am but it’s better than nothing.

I have considerable dry mouth during the day but it is off the charts throughout the night. It's as if my entire mouth and throat is coated with sandpaper. You put one of these tabs in your mouth and set it on your gum. It slowly dissolves providing moisture in your mouth. The tab does not move once placed so it's safe to use while sleeping.

This tablets help quite a bit with dryness. My big problem is at night. Breathe through my mouth when sleeping and get terribly dry. These tablets make a significant difference. Sleep better with them than without.
