This works great took 3 times and solved all my sinus problems had plugged ears and earache due to sinus congestion I try to avoid antibiotics that are prescribed

I got this after seeing the rating and comparing items. So, I realize that people seem to like it. But, I used this once and it totally burnt my throat with it’s “menthol cooling.” My throat was WORSE off taking this. It burnt for a while. And tasted badly (I mean, I wasn’t expecting it to taste GOOD, but...). I am not taking this again. One dose was enough to know.

it's ok. it does what its suppose to do clear my mucus! im just disappointed that it's so expensive for such an small quantity product!

Had a bad cough and horrible sinus congestion. After taking regularly over the course of several days, it worked great! Taste isn't to bad and worked a lot better than other medicines in the past.

Tastes bad but doesn’t all cough medicine? I think that is a staple so you know it is working. Controlled my cough quite well. I felt relaxed but not too drowsy.

This works great, alot better then the benadryl I was taking. Only complaint is that the menthol flavor is nasty! But it was worth it! Would be 5/5 if not for the flavor.
