Excellent, the best martial arts instruction tape I have ever bought. The professor is the best . There is no need for sub tittles the professor is easily understood !. I need to know what dvds to buy for headlock, hammerlock etc. The suprise for me was the Shuai Jiao . I bought Shuai Jiao from century not good it was all sport no street application is your's street or sport let me know !

Fantastic DVD's at a great price.

I like the way all the different types of locks were shown in good detail at normal speed and slowed down. This made it easy to learn from or to use if you ever had to use in a defensive situation.

I came across this product/art form after initial research into a tangential branch of the general field.I would highly recommend this set, as it contains essentially esoteric information, largely unknown outside of Chinese circles.You’d be hard pushed to find an instructor, so the DVD’s are the natural way forwards.

Great dvd series on chin na. As always Dr. Yang is a gem to the kung fu world. Without him martial know-how would be lost.
