I'm Surprised at the Hybrid like Quality of the Ink
It writes like the hybrid viscosity, and priced quite fairly. Fits all the twist out pens I own. The medium point is not too imposing or broad, but just right.

You have to cut them to fit the pen.
Hard to measure where to cut them for a perfect fit.

I have a novelty pen that uses the twist mechanism and this refill fit the bill perfectly!

Just doesn't write as smooth. My favorite pen is not my favorite anymore due to sub par replacements.
