For the price of this backpack, I was not expecting to get very good quality. But I am very impressed with this backpacks construction, the stitching is great and has held up for the entire school year and still looks brand new. The backpack is a tad bit big for a child in kindergarten or maybe 1st grade but they can grow into this. The interior section is big and can carry a handful of books, and a lunch bag as well a 18oz Nalgene bottle. The only issue I have seen with this bag is the side pockets are not capable of holding a large water bottle. We were never able to get her water bottle to fit so we had to stored it inside the backpack which is fine. My daughter's bag is in the Galaxy color scheme which is pretty cool to look at and she really enjoys it. If I were looking to purchase another backpack for one of my kids, I would definitely look at buying another Abshoo backpack because of the overall quality I saw in this current backpack, the price point is similar to other major brands of this style bag and I think the colors are great compared to those boring base colors I had when I was in grade and middle school.

I was VERY pleasantly surprised when this backpack arrived! I did not expect it to be this nice! The colors are beautiful and bright, there are plenty of pockets on the inside. It is very well made! It’s a waterproof material, so it’s not going to stain up nearly as bad as cloth backpacks. My daughter loves it!The only downside to it (which is a very minor thing) is vinyl does not stick to it very well. We put a K on it for my daughters name, and it started peeling off pretty fast. But like I said, I’d rather have that issue than it get stained up and nasty.

We needed a “girly” backpack that my daughter approved. I had narrowed things down and she picked this one but I was nervous about the material. It’s so much better in person! It’s more like a nylon than anything so very easily wiped clean. Spacious, good quality, and super pretty tie dye. I have some totally Amazon flops but this was a giant win - saved me time and money and turned out better than all the ones we saw in store!

Since we buy backpacks for our 3 kids once a year, I've experienced some that were good and others that just weren't. The quality of this backpack stands out from the stitching, fabrics as well as the zipper. This backpack has a fabric piece that rests over the zipper - normally I hate this design because that extra lip gets caught in zipper. Because of the design of this backpack the zipper does not get stuck. Also, the inside pockets and material is better than most.

Bought this bag in 2021 for my daughter, it went through hell and back and is still in great shape so much so that I am able to let her use it for another school year. I washed it and put it out in the sun to dry about 4 times for the school year.Attached picture is 1 year after use.

This really is a great backpack. Looks great and is durable. My little one loves it. There is a slight downside, but not an issue for us. My kiddo is in early grade school, so the side pocket that holds a water bottle barely (snuggly) fits a kid's water bottle. So for a larger kiddo with a larger water bottle, this might not work. The water bottle side pocket has no stretch or elastic. So, either it fits or it doesn't - there is no give.

We bought two of these backpacks for our Elementary aged daughters and they are perfect for their daily needs. On the rare occasion where they bring home large library-borrowed books, the backpacks can be a bit of a tight fit. Overall, the backpacks feel pretty sturdy and good quality especially for the price paid. Our girls love the looks of their new bags. Very happy with the purchase.

Fantastic backpack. My third grade daughter loves it. Seems durable and sturdy. Love all the pockets and zippers. Lots of opportunity to have keychains and doodads. Great side pouches for water bottle.

It’s to small then in picture

While this backpack is cute and my daughter loves the style of it it seems poorly made. The backpack has been used for about 2 months and already the zipper is falling apart. Majorly disappointed in something that cost over $50.00.

It’s perfect for small books but not a high school book bag, my daughter loves the colours and I like the texture of the bag water proof perfect for kids who like to leave things laying on the floor.
